«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հանրապետական կուսակցության, այսպես կոչված, բարեփոխումների գործընթացը առաջ է բերել հայկական «էլիտայի» որոշ հնաբնակների դժգոհությունը: Եվ դա բնական է, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այդ գործընթացների զոհ են գնում երբեմն անխորտակելի թվացող ընտանեկան և կլանային կոնգլոմերատներ: Այս առումով հասկանալի է, որ ՀՀԿ–ում և իշխանական վերնախավում տեղի ունեցող վերադասավորումներից պետք է որ հիացած չլինի Գալուստ Սահակյանն իր ընտանիքով:
Բավական չէ, որ Գալուստ Սահակյանը շուտով զրկվելու է իր բարձր ու հանգիստ պաշտոնից, հիմա էլ խոսակցություններ են գնում, որ նրան ընդհանրապես չեն ուզում տանել խորհրդարան, անգամ որպես շարքային պատգամավոր` առաջարկելով նրան գլխավորել ՀՀԿ–ի թոշակառուների ակումբը: Մյուս կողմից գործող վարչապետն էլ կարծես հատուկ թիրախավորել է նրա որդուն՝ պետգույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանին: Վերջերս համարյա կառավարության նիստ չի լինում առանց վարչապետի «հատուկ» վերաբերմունքի առ կրտսեր Սահակյանը: Ասում են նրա օրերն էլ հաշված են իր պաշտոնում, և նա, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, իր գործունեությունը կշարունակի վարչապետի աչքից հեռու՝ Ազգային ժողովում:
Ի դեպ հենց այն նույն վարչապետի, որի մասին Արման Սահակյանի հարազատ քեռին՝ ՀՀԿ–ում արդեն վաղուց «իզգոյ» դարձած Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը, վերջերս տրված հարցազրույցներից մեկում խոսում էր ընդգծված հիացմունքով: Երևի դա էլ իր հաշվարկված դրդապատճառներն ունի, եթե հաշվի առնենք այն, որ ժամանակին օլիգարխիկ արտոնություններից զրկված «Հրազդան» տոնավաճառի սեփականատերը, այժմ փորձում է հայաստանյան գերարդար դատական ատյանների միջոցով հետ բերել շուրջ 60 մլն դրամ վճարած հարկերը: Խոսքն այն գումարի մասին է, որը գոյացել էր ՊԵԿ–ի ստուգումների արդյունքում:
Տոնավաճառի 250 աշխատակիցների հարցաքննության արդյունքում բացահայտվել էր, որ տոնավաճառում այնքան չհայտարարագրված կամ թերհայտարարագրված «քյաշ» գումար է պտտվել, որ բացահայտման արդյունքում արձանագրվել է շուրջ 60 մլն դրամի հարկային պարտավորություններ և տուգանքներ: Ի դեպ, պարոն Աղաբաբյանը այդ գումարը ժամանակին խելոք վճարել է: Գուցե «էլ բեթարից» խուսափելու համար: Ինչևէ, եթե սրան գումարենք նաև Գալուստ Սահակյանի մյուս որդու՝ առողջապահության նախկին փոխնախարար Տիգրան Սահակյանի մի քանի ամիս առաջ տեղի ունեցած պաշտոնանկությունը, ապա հստակ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ ՀՀԿ–ի բարեփոխումները Մաեստրոյի վրա չեն եկել:
