«Տավուշի մարզի սահմանագոտում վերջիս երկու օրերին համեմատաբար խաղաղ է. ադրբեջանական զինուժը չի գնդակոծում մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերն ու դաշտերում բերքահավաք անող գյուղացիներին։ Տավուշում մառախլապատ եղանակ է, ինչը թույլ է տալիս մառախուղի քողի տակ, ադրբեջանցի դիպուկահարների աչքից հեռու, խաղողի բերքահավաք անել։ Բերդի տարածաշրջանի Այգեպար գյուղը մարզի սահմանամերձ, առավել գնդակոծվող գյուղերից է։ Այգեպարի գինու գործարանն անցյալ տարի Բերդի տարածաշրջանի խաղողագործներից խաղող էր ընդունել։ Սակայն այս տարի գործարանը գյուղացիների բերքը չի ընդունում։ Նշենք, որ Այգեպարի գինու գործարանի սեփականատերը ծագումով Բերդի տարածաշրջանի Մովսես գյուղից Անդրանիկ Այվազյանն է։

 «Ժոդովուրդ»–ի հետ զրույցում Այգեպար համայնքի ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Այդինյանն ասաց, որ ինքը չգիտի վերջինիս գտնվելու վայրը, չի կարողանում նրա հետ հեռախոսով կապ հաստատել, որպեսզի պարզի, թե ինչու գործարանն այս տարի խաղող չի մթերում։ Գյուղապետի խոսքերով՝ այժմ գործարանում ընդամենը 2 պահակ է աշխատում, որոնք գործարանի սեփականատիրոջ գտնվելու վայրի մասին անտեղյակ են։ Տավուշի մարզպետարանից տեղեկացանք, որ այս տարի խաղող չընդունելը Անդրանիկ Այվազյանը պատճառաբանել է գործարանում առկա էլեկտրական հոսանքի հետ կապված խնդիրներով։ Մարզպետարանից ևս հայտնեցին, որ Անդրանիկ Այվազյանն այժմ անջատել է իր բջջային հեռախոսահամարները, և նրա գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ է։ Արդյունքում՝ Բերդի տարածաշրջանի մի քանի հազար խաղողագործներ, ովքեր անցյալ տարի իրենց աճեցրած Բերքը հանձնել էին Այգեպարի գինու գործարան, այժմ չգիտեն, թե որտեղ իրացնեն իրենց բերքը»,–գրում է թերթը։
