Վարչապետի որդին «ատամները սրած» դուրս է եկել գեներալի դեմ

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Երբ Ներսես Նազարյանն ազատվեց Երեւանի ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից, տարբեր ընկերություններ, «ատամները սրած», հարձակվեցին նրա որդուն պատկանող ընկերության վրա: «Ժողովուրդ»-ը բազմիցս է անդրադարձել Երեւանի ոստիկանապետ Ներսիկ Նազարյանի որդուն` Արմեն Նազարյանին պատկանող «Բիզնես Լիդեր Հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ ներկայացված դատական հայցերին:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ 2015թ մարտի 25-ին Արտաշատի պահածոների գործարան ԲԲԸ-ն դիմել է Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ Արմեն Նազարյանի ընկերությունից պահանջելով բռնագանձել 12 միլիոն 741 հազար դրամ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արտաշատի պահածոների գործարանի` «Արտֆուդ» ՍՊԸ-ի 50 տոկոսի սեփականատերը ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդին է՝ ներկայումս Արտաշատի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Արգամ Աբրահամյանը, իսկ մյուս կեսը պատկանում է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանի որդուն՝ Վաչագան Կարապետյանին: Այսինքն՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի եւ գյուղնախարարի որդիները Երեւանի նախկին ոստիկանապետից գումար են ուզում: Բացի այդ՝ 2015թ ապրիլի 9-ին «Արտֆուդ» ՍՊԸ-ն միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ պահանջելով Արմեն Նազարյանին պատկանող գույքի եւ դրամական միջոցների վրա արգելանք դնել: Այս գործով դատավոր Հովիկ Շահնազարյանն էլ, բնականաբար, բավարարելն է միջնորդությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս հայցից մեկ ամիս առաջ 2015 մարտի 17-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր Աշոտ Արսենյանին պատկանող Ջերմուկ Գրուպ ՓԲԸ-ն եւս դիմել էր դատարան՝ պահանջելով ընկերությունից գանձել 4 միլիոն դրամ: Պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերությունն էլ էր միջնորդություն ներկայացրել Արմեն Նազարյանին պատկանող ընկերության դրամական միջոցների եւ գույքի վրա արգելանք դնելու մասով, ինչը եւս բավարարվել է: Բայց դժվար էր պատկերացնել, որ եթե Ներսես Նազարյանը ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնն ունենար, արդյո՞ք Աշոտ Արսենյանը կհամարձակվեր նրա որդուց դատարանով «փող ուզել»՝ ունեցվածքը կալանքի տակ դնելով: Բայց քանի որ հիմա Նազարյանը շարքային քաղաքացի է, պաշտոնաթող գեներալ, ուստի «դանակավորները» շատացել են ու հարձակվել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ երբ Ներսես Նազարյանը պաշտոնանկ եղավ, նրա որդու «Մոսկվիչկա» սուպերմարկետների ցանցը ձախողեց, եւ կամաց-կամաց բոլոր մասնաճյուղերը փակվեցին՝ պարտքերի տակ գցելով Նազարյանի որդուն»:
