Կոֆեինի դրական հատկությունները
Կոֆեինը խթանում է ուղեղի ակտիվությունը: Կոֆեին հասնում է ձեր ուղեղ շատ արագ եւ հանդես է գալիս որպես կենտրոնական նյարդային համակարգի տոնուսը բարձրացնող միջոց. Հետազոտողները պարզել են՝ վարկածը, որ սուրճը կարող է նպաստել արյան ճնշման բարձրացմանը, հանգեցնել սրտի հետ կապված խնդիրների առաջացման, չի հերքվել: Ուստի մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս նկատի ունենալ հակացուցումների մասին բոլոր տվյալները և սահմանափակել կոֆեին պարունակող ըմպելիքների օգտագործումը: Օրինակի համար միջազցային Օլիմպիական կոմիտեն արգելում է մրցորդներին կոֆեին ընդունել։ Նշենք նաև, որ կոֆեինի մեծ չափաբաժինը կարող է մահվան պատճառ հանդիսանալ․ 1կգ քաշին 150-200 մգ։
