ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն բջջային օպերատորներին կոչ է արել կանխել ծառայությունների գների բարձրացումը վերավաճառողների շրջանում

ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովը (ՏՄՊՊՀ) ուսումնասիրություն է իրականացրել բջջային կապի լիցքավորման քարտերի գնի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ՏՄՊՊՀ հանձնաժողովը պարզել է, որ խնդիրն առաջացել է երկրորդային շուկայում` վերավաճառողների պատճառով:

 ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահ Արտակ Շաբոյանի խոսքով`բոլոր օպերատորների պարագայում կարելի է խնդիրը կարգավորված համարել, քանի որ թե գրասենյակային ցանցի եւ թե օնլայն տարբերակով այդ համակարգերի միջոցով կարելի է ձեռք բերել լիցքավորման քարտ` առանց հավելյալ վճարի: «Հորդորում եմ օպերատորներին` առավել հետեւողական լինել խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում: Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել հնարավորինս կանխելու համար ձեր ծառայությունների գնի բարձրացումը երկրորդային շուկաներում»,-ասաց նա:

ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն քաղաքացիների բողոքների հիման վրա ուսումնասիրություն է իրականացրել եւ բջջային կապի ոլորտում գործող երեք ընկերություններից` «Վիվա Սելլ-ՄՏՍ»-ից, «Յուքոմ»-ից եւ «Արմենտել»-ից պահանջել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն: Բջջային կապի օպերատորները ՏՄՊՊՀ-ին տեղեկացրել են, որ տարեսկզբից նվազեցրել են լիցքավորման քարտերի վերավաճառքով զբաղվողների միջնորդավճարները: Ընկերություններն այս քայլը մեկնաբանել են իրենց մարքեթինգային քաղաքականությամբ, ըստ որի, որոշակի բիզնես ռիսկերով պայմանավորված, առաջացել է ծախսերը նվազեցնել ու անհրաժեշտություն: «Վիվա Սելլ-ՄՏՍ»-ի դեպքում միջնորդավճարի նվազումը կազմում է 2.5 տոկոս, «Յուքոմ»-ի դեպքում 3, իսկ «Արմենտել»-ի դեպքում 2 տոկոս:
