ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն պարզաբանում է տարածել տեղական շուկայի տարբեր վաճառակետերում ադրբեջանական արկղերով խնձորի հայտնվելու վերաբերյալ: ՊԵԿ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է.

«Տեղական շուկայի տարբեր վաճառակետերում ադրբեջանական արկղերով խնձորի հայտնվելու վերաբերյալ ՊԵԿ-ն անհրաժեշտ է համարում պարզաբանել.

1. Խնձորի մաքսանենգության փաստի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն այս պահին առկա չէ,

2. ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ հանրապետության տարածք անձնական օգտագործման համար թույլատրված քանակով (մինչեւ 50 կգ) խնձորի եւ այլ պտուղ-բանջարեղենի ներկրումն անգամ իրականացվում է խիստ հսկողության տակ,

3. ՊԵԿ-ը նախաձեռնել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի մանրամասները ճշտելու նպատակով»:

Եթե անգամ մենք հավատում ենք հեքիաթներին, ապա նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում, գիտականորեն չենք կարող հիմնավորել, որ այդ խնձորն Հայաստան է եկել թռչելով։ Այն պետք է Հայաստան մուտք գործեր բաց սահմաններից որևէ մեկով ՝ Վրաստանով կամ Իրանով։ Իհարկե կա նաև երրորդ տարբերակը։ Ղարաբաղի կողմից դիվերսիա ենք կատարել, առևանգել մի քանի արկղ խնձոր և այն սպառում ենք հայկական շուկայում։ Սա քիչ հավանական է։ Ավելի հավանական է, որ այն ներկրել են վրացիները կամ որևէ այլ պատկանելիություն ունեցող կազմակերպություն։ ՊԵԿ-ում տիրող «բառդակի» մասին մեկ անգամ չէ, որ խոսել ու գրել ենք։ Սակայն այս դեպքն այդքան էլ կապ չունի վերոնշյալ անվերահսկելի վիճակի հետ։ Ակամայից հիշեցի, երբ մի քանի տարի առաջ, Երևանի կենտրոնում, ադրբեջանական համարանիշներով մեքենա էր պտտվում։ Վերջում այդպես էլ հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն չստացանք, թե ի՞նչ մեքենա էր դա։ Համոզված եմ, որ խնձորների դեպքում ևս չենք ստանա։ Վերջում կարող է պարզվել, որ միայն արկղերն են ադրբեջանական։ Դրանցում առկա խնձորները վրացական կամ հայկական են։ Մյուս կողմից, չենք հասկանում նաև վայ հայրենասերների բացառիկ մառազմը։ Երբ Սադախլու հայտնի շուկայից, ադրբեջանցիներից դույլերով հատապտուղ կամ մրգեր էինք գնում ու բերում Հայաստան, դա ադրբեջանական չէ՞ր, ինչ անենք, որ դույլերին գրված չէր made in azerbaijan:
