Թրամփը խոստացել Է ներգաղթի մասին իր հրամանագիրը պաշտպանել Գերագույն դատարանում

ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը քննադատության Է ենթարկել Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի ֆեդերալ օկրուգային դատավոր Ուիլյամ Օրիքի որոշումը՝ ժամանակավորապես արգելափակելու այն հրամանագիրը, որը սահմանափակում Է այն մունիցիպալիտետներին դրամաշնորհների տրամադրումը, որոնք չեն կատարում ներգաղթի ոլորտի համերկրային օրենսդրությունը: Twitter սոցիալական ցանցի իր Էջում Թրամփը գրել Է, որ այդ հարցը լուծելու համար մտադիր Է հասնել մինչեւ Գերագույն դատարան:
«Սկզբում իններորդ օկրուգի դատարանը հանդես եկավ ԱՄՆ մի շարք մուսուլմանական երկրների քաղաքացիների մուտքի արգելքի դեմ, այժմ նրանք խփեցին ապաստարան-քաղաքների մասին հրամանագրին: Երկու որոշումներն Էլ անհեթեթ են: Կտեսնվենք Գերագույն դատարանում»,-հայտարարել Է Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը:
Ավելի վաղ Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի ֆեդերալ դատավորն արգելափակել Է ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հրամանագիրը, որի համաձայն այսպես կոչված ապաստարան-քաղաքները, որոնք թաքցնում են անօրինական միգրանտների, պետք Է զրկվեն բյուջետային ֆինանսավորումից: Դատավոր Ուիլյամ Օրիքը նախագահի հրամանագիրը որակել Է հակասահմանադրական:
Թրամփի հրամանագիրը վիճարկել են Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի եւ Սանտա Կլարայի օկրուգների մունիցիպալիտետները: Նրանք վկայակոչել են այն պարագան, որ ԱՄՆ-ի Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ նախագահն իրավունք չունի այս կամ այլ կանոնները սահմանել քաղաքների կամ մունիցիպալ կազմավորումների տարածքում, իսկ ներգաղթյալների հետ վարվելու կանոնները գտնվում են տեղական իշխանությունների տնօրինության ներքո:
«Ապաստարան-քաղաքներն» ԱՄՆ-ում առաջին անգամ հայտնվել են 1970-ական թվականներին: Այժմ երկրում կան ավելի քան 300 նման քաղաքներ, որոնց տեղական իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են ֆեդերալ իշխանություններին հայտնել բնակիչների ներգաղթային կարգավիճակի մասին:
Թրամփն «ապաստարան-քաղաքների» ֆեդերալ ֆինանսավորման սահմանափակման հրամանագիրն ստորագրել Է հունվարի վերջին:
