Fithacker.ru-ն գրում է, որ ձմերուկի սերմերը մի շարք օգտակար բաղադրիչներ ունեն, այդ թվում՝ ճարպաթթուներ, անհրաժեշտ սպիտակուցներ, հանքանյութեր՝ մագնեզիում, կալիում, մանգան, երկաթ, ցինկ, ֆոսֆոր, վիտամին B: Ձմերուկի 20-30 սերմերի վրա 2 լիտր ջուր ավելացրեք, եռացրեք 15 րոպե։ Օգտագործեք 2 օր, երրորդ օրը դադար տվեք։ Ձմերուկի սերմերը բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկություններ ունեն։

1. Պաշտպանում են սիրտը։ Ձմերուկի սերմերն օգնում են պահպանել սրտի առողջությունը, կարգավորում են ճնշման մակարդակը և լավացնում նյութափոխանակությունը։
