Արցախում կառուցվում է 10 նոր փոքր ՀԷԿ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Արցախի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տնտեսական զարգացման քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Բելլա Պետրոսյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման աշխատանքները ներկայում ընթացքի մեջ են: Դրանք են` «Լև-1», «Ջերմաջուր», «Աղավնո-Կ» «Սահման», «Սյունիք» «ԹՐՂԻ 4», «Գետավան», «Հագարի-2», «Հոչանց-1», «Աղավնո»:

«Այս տասը ՀԷԿ-երի էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարեկան արտադրության ծավալը կազմելու է շուրջ 270 մլն Կվտ/ժ: Փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման ծրագիրը կարևորվում է առաջին հերթին Արցախի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից: Այսօր արդեն կարող ենք ասել, որ նման ծրագրերի իրականացման շնորհիվ հասնում ենք ինքնաբավության շեմին: Էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծավալների ավելացմամբ հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում նաև լինել ավելի անկախ` սակագնային քաղաքականության իրականացման հարցում»,-ասաց Բելլա Պետրոսյանը: Բացի դրանից, մեծացել է էներգետիկայի դ երը ՀՆԱ-ի կառուցվածքում, հետևաբար աշխատատեղերի ապահովման և հարկերի վճարման տեսակետից:

Ինչ վերաբերում է բնապահապնական խնդիրներին, ապա Բելլա Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ ՀԷԿ-ի կառուցման յուրաքանչյուր ծրագիր անցնում է օրենքով նախատեսված ընթացկարգերը և գտվում է շարունակական վերահսկողության տակ:

Բելլա Պետրոսյանը կարևորեց փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման ծրագրում արվող ներդրումները: Մասնավորապես, վերը նշված 10 փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման ծրագրով կապիտալ ներդրումների ծավալը պլանավորվում է մոտ 25 մլրդ դրամի սահմաններում: Նախագծերի իրագործումը նախատեսում է ընդհանուր առմամբ ավելի քան 120 նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում:
