Կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն անդրադարձավ վարկային պարտավորությունները վաղաժամ մարելու դեպում բանկերի և վարկային կազմակերպությունների կողմից
«Առավել տրամաբանական է ստեղծել մեխանիզմներ, որոնք կխրախուսեն բարեխիղճ վարկառուներին: Ավելին` նման տույժերի և տուգանքների դեպքերի վերաբերյալ բողոքներ են հասցեագրվել նաև ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմ»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը նշեց, որ դա կիրառվում է նաև միջազգային պրակտիկայում՝ երկարաժամկետ վարկերի պարագայում: ԿԲ նախագահի խոսքով, նախորդ տարի այս առնչությամբ մշակվել է օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծ, որը գտնվում է Ազգային ժողովում և անցել է երկու ընթերցում:
Վարչապետ Կարապետյանը ԿԲ նախագահին կոչ արեց կառավարության հետ համատեղ որոշել վարկային հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հետ կապված հարցը և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ:
