Շուտ արթնանալ

Պետք է արթնանալ, երբ ավարտվում է քնի հերթական ցիկլը: Լինում է, երբ պարբերաբար վաղ առավոտյան արթնանում եք, նայում եք ժամացույցին և շարունակում եք քնել: Այդ ժամանակը ձեր արթնանալու կենսաբանական ժամն է: Միաժամանակ, աշխատեք հնարավորինս շուտ պառկել քնելու և արթնանալ ձեր բնական ժամին:

Ձեթով ողողում

Նախքան առավոտյան ատամները մաքրելը բերանը 5 րոպեով ողողեք 1 թ.գ. բուսական ձեթով: Յոգերի ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ դա բերանի խոռոչից հեռացնում է գիշերը կուտակված բակտերիաները և թարմացնում է շնչառությունը:

Մաքրեք լեզուն

Ձեթով ողողումից հետո անհրաժեշտ է մաքրել լեզուն քերիչվ կամ սովորական թեյի գդալով:

Բարևիր արևին

Կա յոգայի պարզ վարժությունների համալիր, որը կոչվում է «Ողջույն արևին»: Այն ամեն օր կատարելով՝ դուք օրգանիզմն ակտիվացնում եք նոր օրվան ընդառաջ: Հակացուցումներ կան զարկերակային հիպերտենզիայի, ճողվածքների, հղիության դեպքում և ծննդաբերությունից 40 օր հետո:

Մերսում չոր սպունգով

Լոգանքից առաջ ամբողջ մարմինը մերսեք չոր սպունգով կամ խոզանակով: Կարճ մերսող շարժումներ կատարեք ձեռքերի և ոտքերի մատների ծայրերից սրտի ուղղությամբ: Հետո որովայնով, մեջքով և ուսերով: Հետո կարելի է դասական լոգանք ընդունել:

Կիտրոնով տաք ջուր

Առավոտյան ձեր առաջին ըմպելիքը պետք է լինի մեկ բաժակ տաք ջուրը կիտրոնի հյութով: Դա կօգնի սկսել մարսողական համակարգի աշխատանքը և վերականգնել օրգանիզմը գիշերը խոնավության կորստից հետո: Կիտրոնով ջուրն ակտիվացնում է լյարդը, ուստի այն ավելի լավ, քան պարզապես խմելու ջուրը ձեզ կպատրաստի աշխատանքային օրվան:
