Ռոբերտ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսության մակարդակի բարձրացման ուղիները

«Սոչի-2015» միջազգային ներդրումային համաժողովի ժամանակ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայիանդամ Ռոբերտ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է այն ուղիները, որոնց շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի բարձրացնել ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսության մակարդակը: Այս առնչությամբ Հարությունյանը կարեւորել է արտադրության զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Վկայակոչելով  ԵԱՏՄ հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական կայքը, Հարությունյանը շեշտել է, որ ներկա դրությամբ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների տնտեսական աճի վերականգնումը հնարավոր է ներքին ռեսուրսների եւ արտաքին պահանջմունքների հիման վրա: Այդ աշխատանքի հիմնական ուղղությունը պետք է դառնա տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացիան: Անհրաժեշտ է բարելավել առեւտրային հաշվեկշիռն ու նաեւ իրականացնել նորարարական քաղաքականություն:

 «Այս ուղղությունները պետք է հաշվի առնեն մի շարք դրույթներ, հանգամանքներ, որոնք թույլ կտան մեծացնել բնակչության եկամուտներն ու սպառողականությունը,  կնպաստեն նոր տեսակի արտադրությունների համար ներդրումներին, ինչի համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ պաշտպանվեն  ներքին շուկայի մեխանիզմները»,- ասել է Հարությունյանը` հավելելով, որ ձեռնարկատերը պետք է վստահ լինի պետության երկարաժամկետ քաղաքականության հարցում:

Հարությունյանի գնահատմամբ, արտադրական արդյունաբերության զարգացումը եւ անդամ երկրների ՀՆԱ-ի աստիճանական բարձրացումը նախ կստեղծի առավելագույն ավելացված արժեք, նաեւ խթան կհանդիսանա ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսությունում նոր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների եւ նորարարական զարգացումների համար:
