տաքսի ծառայություններում: Բայց պետք է ասեմ, որ դա նույնպես խնդիր չէ, քանի որ շատ են տաքսի ծառայությունները, որոնք մեր վարորդական իրավունքով վերցնում են աշխատանքի: Փոխարենը մեքենայիդ վրա չպետք է ունենաս տաքսի ծառայության մասին հիշատակող որևէ նշան, այլապես կգրավես պետավտոտեսուչների ուշադրությունը, որոնք կպարզեն՝ տաքսի ծառայություն ես մատուցում հայկական վարորդական իրավունքով, և խոշոր դրամական տուգանք կնշանակեն (քեզ աշխատանքի տեղավորած ծառայությանը նույնպես): Մի խոսքով՝ հայերը մեր վարորդական իրավունքով տաքսի ծառայություններում աշխատում են առանց պետական գրանցման: Այնպես որ, մեծ հաշվով՝ այս խնդիրը նաև հիմա կա, բայց շրջանցում են հայերը: Առհասարակ, պետք է նշեմ, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ լինելը որևէ էական առավելություն չի տալիս մեզ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում: Միակ առավելությունը, որը կա, գրանցման հետ կապված հարցերն ու ժամկետներն են (նման դեպքում հայերն ու բելառուսներն առավելություն ունեն): Հայաստանում նշում են, թե հայերը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում ունեն աշխատանքի տեղավորվելու և աշխատելու գրեթե նույն իրավունքները, ինչն ունեն ռուսները: Նման բան չկա: Եթե ռուսը, գալով Հայաստան, կարող է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անձնագրով շատ հանգիստ, առանց որևէ խնդրի տեղավորվել աշխատանքի, ապա Ռուսաստանում աշխատանքի տեղավորվել՝ չունենալով ռուսական անձնագիր, ահռելի խնդիր է: Նման խնդրի հետ ինքս բազմիցս բախվել եմ, և հենց այդ խնդրի պատճառով էլ առայժմ հետաձգվում են ռուսական հեռուստաալիքներում կամ ռադիոկայաններում աշխատանքի տեղավորվելու հարցերն ու հնարավորությունները: Այնպես որ, չկա նման բան, իբր հայերն առավելություն ունեն Ռուսաստանում: Հետո էլ, երբ ասում եմ Հայաստանը լրջորեն կախում ունի Ռուսաստանից, ու ռիսկ չունենք ռուսին Հայաստանում «նեղացնելու», ասում են՝ չկա այդպիսի բան, սխալվում ես: Ռուսաստանն ատիճանաբար սկսել է Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի կազմ մտցնելու գործընթացը... Մեր կազմ կմտնե՞ս, ուրեմն՝ քո երկրի անձնագրով մեզ մոտ անարգել կարող են աշխատել ձերոնք։ Չե՞ս մտնի, ուրեմն՝ արհեստական արգելքներ կստեղծեմ հայերի համար... Ասելիքս այն էր, որ մեր վարորդական իրավունքի խնդիրը նաև հիմա է առկա: Եթե ունենայինք ուժեղ պետություն, այլ պատկեր կլիներ, բայց քանի դեռ չունենք, ստիպված ենք այսպես։
