Եթե ընտանիքում սնկային հիվանդություն ունեցող մարդ կա

Սնկերը՝ դերմատոֆիտները, սնվում են կերատինով, որից կառուցված են մաշկը և մազերը: Սնկերը տարալուծում են կերատինը  ֆերմենտների օգնությամբ, ինչի հաշվին դրանք կարող են շատ երկար ապրել մաշկի տակ` հատկապես եղունգների մեջ:

Վարակի հիմնական աղբյուրներից են հասարակական օգտագործման վայրերը՝ շոգեբաղնիքները, բաղնիքները, սպորտ սրահները, լոգախցիկները, բոլոր այն վայրերը, որտեղ մարդիկ հանում են իրենց կոշիկները և կարող են պատահաբար կանգնել սնկային անտեսանելի թեփիկների վրա:

Այդ իսկ պատճառով, եթե ընտանիքում սնկային հիվանդություն ունեցող մարդ կա, ապա հիգիենայի կանոններին չհետևելու և հիգիենայի անհատական օգտագործման պարագաների բացակայության դեպքում, ընտանիքի մյուս անդամները նույպես կարող են վարակվել:

Ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամ, այդ թվում և վարակակիրը, պետք է ունենա եղունգների խնամքի անհատական պարագաներ, անձնական օգտագործման հողաթափեր և սրբիչ: Ցանկալի է կիրառել հատուկ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթման բժշկական սարքեր կոշիկի խնամքի համար, որը կործանարար ազդեցություն է ունենում սնկային վարակի վրա:

Եղունգների սնկային վարակները արտաքին բուժման չեն ենթարկվում: Գոյություն չունեն այնպիսի քսուքներ և նրբաքսուքներ, որոնք ամբողջապես կհեռացնեն ոտքի մատների եղունգների սնկային վարակը: Պարզելու համար, թե եղունգները սնկի ինչ տեսակով են վարակված, ինչպիսին է դրա զգայունակությունը դեղորայքի հանդեպ, անհրաժեշտ է դիմել մաշկաբանի, ով համապատասխան բուժում կնշանակի:
