Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ահաբեկչական քաղաքականությունը

Ադրբեջանը երբեք չի հրաժարվել իր ահաբեկչական քաղաքականությունից և հիմա էլ շարունակում է նույն գործելաոճը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը` անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին առաջնագծում ադրբեջանական կողմի նկատվող ակտիվությանը, ինչի արդյունք ում հայկական կողմը զոհեր ունեցավ: «Ադրբեջանը պարզապես շարունակում է իր ահաբեկչական քաղաքականությունը, որ միշտ վարել է: Հիմա էլ տեսնում ենք, որ Թուրքիայի հետ զորավարժություններ են անցկացնում, իսկ այդ զորավարժությունների, այսպես ասած, PR կամպանիան սկսեցին անել Հայոց ցեղասպանության 102-րդ տարելիցի օրերին: Սա էլ տեղեկատվական, քաղաքական ահաբեկչության մի ձև է: Նրանք այդ օրերին գովազդեցին իրենց զորավարժությունները, որոնք նախատեսում են անցկացնել մայիսին և ավարտել մայիսյան հաղթանակների եռատոնի նախօրեին: Մենք ուշադրությամբ հետևում ենք այս ամենին, բանակը բերված է ամենաբարձր պատրաստվածության աստիճանի»,- ասաց Բաբայանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նման քաղաքականությունը պետք է լինի նաև միջազգային հանրության և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Դավիթ Բաբայանը հիշեցնում է, որ 2016 թ. Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը կրկին համատեղ զորավարժություն անցկացրին, ինչից հետո նաև Թուրքիայի դրդմամբ Ադրբեջանը սկսեց ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը: Նրա խոսքով` Թուրքիան  նման քայլերով վատ վիճակի մեջ է դնում ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ մյուս երկրներին, քանի որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ դեմ է ցանկացած հակամարտության ուժային տարբերակով լուծման և կողմնակից է մի այն խաղաղ կարգավորմանը: Բաբայանը գտնում է, որ Թուրքիան վատ վիճակի մեջ է դնում ԱՄՆ-ին, որը ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջատար երկիրն է, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում համանախագահող երեք երկրներից մեկը: «Նման քաղաքականությունը պետք է համապատասխան գնահատականի արժանանա միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Ընդհանրապես, եթե ժամանակին գնահատականներ հնչեին, համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկվեին, միգուցե, իրավիճակն այսօր այլ լիներ: Եթե միջազգային հանրությունն աչք է փակում մարդասպան Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին հերոսացնելու վրա, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտին կաշառելու դեպքերի վրա, որը վերջին օրերին լայնորեն քննարկվում է,  օրինակ, Հունգարիային կաշառում են ու Սաֆարովին բերում հերոսացնում են և դրանից անուղղակի ձևով գոտեպնդում ագրեսորին ու հանցագործին»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը

Նրա գնահատմամբ` Ադրբեջանը, տեսնելով, որ իր ահաբեկչական գործողություններին միջազգային հանրության ռեակցիա չկա կամ կա, սակայն շատ թույլ է, շարունակում են նույն գործելաոճը: Դավիթ Բաբայանը ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտեց, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է շատ լուրջ վերաբերի Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից ցանկացած քայլի, որը կարող է սպառնալիք լինել տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությանն ու կայունությանը:
