Ավարտվել է 2017թ.-ի ապրիլի 2-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ ընտրությունները լուսաբանող լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու և մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Մասնավորապես, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 02.04.2017թ.-ին` «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի լրագրող Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը, «araratnews.am» լրատվական կայքի լրագրող Շողիկ Գալստյանն ու օպերատոր Հայկ Պետրոսյանը խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները լուսաբանելու նպատակով նկարահանումներ են իրականացրել Ռուսթավելի 15 հասցեում տեղակայված նախընտրական շտաբում և դրան հարակից տարածքում: Այդ ընթացքում շտաբի դիմաց հավաքված քաղաքացիները լրագրողներից պահանջել են հեռանալ տարածքից և դադարեցնել տեսանկարահանումները: Այնուհետև «araratnews.am» կայքի լրագրող Շողիկ Գալս տյանին է մոտեցել Երևանի բնակիչ Ջուլիետա Կոկոլյանը` նույնպես պահանջելով դադարեցնել նկարահանումները: Վերջինս, տեսնելով, որ Շ. Գալստյանը շարունակում է իրականացնել իր լիազորությունները, լրագրողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դիտավորությամբ, վիրավորել և բռնություն է գործադրել Շ. Գալստյանի նկատմամբ` քաշել է մազերից, հրել է նրան և ձեռքից խլել նկարահանող սարքը` ստիպելով հեռանալ շտաբի տարածքից:

Այդ պահին, երբ ընտրությունների ընթացքը լուսաբանելու նպատակով հիշյալ շտաբի տարածքում գտնվող «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի թղթակից Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը փորձել է նկարահանել միջադեպը, նրան է մոտեցել Երևանի բնակիչ Լևոն Գասպարյանը և պահանջել դադարեցնել նկարահանումները, սակայն լրագրողը շարունակել է իրականացնել իր լիազորությունները: Այդ ընթացքում Լևոն Գասպարյանը, լրագրողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դիտավորությամբ, բռնություն է գործադրել Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի նկատմամբ. քաշել է նրա ձեռքից, խլել նկարահանող սարքավորումը` խոչընդոտելով լրագրողի` ընտրությունների ընթացքը լուսաբանելու իր լիազորությունների իրականացմանը:

Այսպիսով, «araratnews.am» լրատվական կայքի լրագրող Շողիկ Գալստյանի և «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի լրագրող Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու և վերջիններիս մասնագիտական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու համար Ջուլիետա Կոկոլյանին ու Լևոն Գասպարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքնությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
