ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Լուսակերտի ուսումնական վարժահրապարակում շարունակվում է «Երկրաշարժի դեպքում որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպում և իրականացում» թեմայով 36-ժամանոց դաշտային վարժանքը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից: 

Ուսումնավարժության պլանի համաձայն` հայկական քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական (ՔՈՓ) թիմն արդեն հասել է «տուժած» երկիր, տեղափոխվել պայմանական աղետի գոտի և սկսել շտաբի, տեղակայման բազայի և դաշտային ճաշարանի ծավալումը: 

ՔՈՓ թիմի ղեկավար կազմի անդամները հանդիպել են երկրաշարժից «տուժած» երկրի արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման համար պատասխանատու մարմնի  ներկայացուցիչների հետ և ծանոթացել օպերատիվ իրավիճակին: 

Միջազգային ընդունված կարգի համաձայն` տեղի արձագանքող ուժերի բացակայության կամ վնասված լինելու պարագայում, տեղում գործողությունների կառավարման գործառույթը ստանձնում է առաջինն աղետի գոտի ժամանած միջազգային փրկարարական թիմը, որն ունի ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի որակավորում: Այդ պատճառով հայկական ՔՈՓ թիմը, ուսումնավարժության շրջանակում, կծավալի և կղեկավարի նաև աղետի գոտում գործողությունները համակարգող կենտրոնը (on-site operations coordination centre, OSOCC): 

ՔՈՓ թիմի փրկարարներն արդեն իրականացրել են «աղետի» գոտու հետախուզություն և սկսում են որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքները: 

Ուսումնավարժության գործնական աշխատանքները ծավալվում են Լուսակերտի ուսումնական կենտրոնում և Արզնու ձորում հատուկ այդ նպատակով ձևավորված ուսումնական տեղամասերում:
