«Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի ծառայողը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի ձեռք բերված ատրճանակով սպանության սպառնալիքներ տալու մեջ

Ավարտվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, բռնությամբ զուգորդված` բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելու և ապօրինի ձեռք բերված ատրճանակով սպանության սպառնալիքներ տալու գործով նախաքննությունը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայող Ռոբերտ Գրիգորյանը անհայտ անձից չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, իր ավտոտնակում պահել է, իսկ 2015 թվականի մարտի 1-ին կրել է ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող 8 հատ գործարանային արտադրության 5,6 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ՝ դրանք լիցքավորելով իր կողմից ապօրինի ձեռք բեր ված և պահվող ինքնաշեն ատրճանակի թմբուկում:
Բացի այդ, Ռոբերտ Գրիգորյանը սիրիահայ Հարություն Քեշիշյանի հետ ունեցած ֆինանսական խնդիրները պարզելու նպատակով 2015 թվականի մարտի 1-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, այցելել է հանրակացարան, որտեղ իր և Հ. Քեշիշյանի կնոջ՝ ազգությամբ արաբ Ռիմ Բադուրի միջև ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում վերջինիս բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելու դիտավորությամբ բռնություն գործադրելով՝ ձեռքերով մուտքի դռանը հարվածելու միջոցով բացելով նրա բնակարան հանդիսացող նշված հանրակացարանի սենյակի մուտքի դուռը, Ռիմ Բադուրի կամքին հակառակ ապօրինի մուտք է գործել բն ակարան:
Այնուհետև Ռոբերտ Գրիգորյանը, շարունակելով վիճաբանել Ռիմ Բադուրի հետ, բնակարանի նախասրահում բռնելով վերջինիս օձիքից, նրան հենել է խոհանոցի դռան շրջանակին, ապա իր ձեռքում առկա ինքնաշեն ատրճանակը գործադրելու իրական վտանգի պայմաններում, այն պահել է Ռիմ Բադուրի ճակատին, որի ընթացքում սպանության սպառնալիքներ է տվել վերջինիս:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայող Ռոբերտ Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 147-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 137-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
