ՀՅԴ-ի ախորժակը մեծացել է, բայց Կարեն Կարապետյանն այլ պլաններ ունի. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Դաշնակցության» հետ Հանրապետական կուսակցության հերթական կոալիցիան մնում է անորոշության մեջ այն առումով, որ դեռ չի կոնկրետացվում, թե այս անգամ որ նախարարություններն են տալու նրանց, քանի նախարարություն են տալու, եւ ովքեր են լինելու ՀՅԴ նախարարները:
Այդ քննարկումներն առայժմ ընթանում են ամենաբարձր մակարդակում՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանի միջեւ: Երբեմն նաեւ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն է ներգրավվում այդ քննարկումներին:
Իսկ մինչ այդ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Կ.Կարապետյանին դուր չի գալիս ոչ միայն ՀՅԴ-ի հետ կոալիցիա կազմելը, այլեւ այդ կուսակցության նախարարների թեկնածուները: Խոսքը վերաբերում է հատկապես գործող նախարարներին, մասնավորապես, տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանին ու բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանին:
Որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Կ.Կարապետյանը ՀՅԴ-ին առաջարկում է նախարարների ավելի երիտասարդ թեկնածուներ ներկայացնել: Ավելին՝ ՀՅԴ-ին անգամ նա է նախարարացուներ առաջարկում ոչ թե այդ կուսակցությունից, այլեւ իր շրջապատից, այնպես, ինչպես դա արել է Գյուղատնտեսության, Էներգետիկայի կամ Տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախարարների դեպքում:
Նա ՀՅԴ-ին առաջարկում է իրենց քվոտայով այդ մարդկանց նշանակել նախարար, փոխարենը նրանք կանդամագրվեն այդ կուսակցությանը, ինչպես դա եղավ իր եւ իր ներկայացրած նախարարների դեպքում՝ նրանք նշանակվեցին իրենց պաշտոններին, հետո նոր անդամագրվեցին ՀՀԿ-ին:
Բայց Կ. Կարապետյանն այդ հաշվարկներում այնքան էլ հեռատես չի գտնվել, քանի որ ՀՅԴ-ն մի փոքր տարբերվում է մյուս կուսակցություններից այն առումով, որ այդ ուժին անդամագրվելը շատ ավելի բարդ ընթացակարգ է ենթադրում՝ ընդհուպ մինչեւ զենքի վրա երդվելը: Եվ նրանք «Օրինաց երկիր» կամ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների պես նման տարբերակի չեն գնում, որ իշխանությունները նրանց քվոտայով մեկին նախարար նշանակեն, հետո անդամակցեն այդ կուսակցությանը:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ կոալիցիային, ապա «Դաշնակցությունն» այս անգամ մի քանի պորտֆել ավելին է ուզում, քանի որ այս ընտրություններին՝ 2012թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների համեմատ, մի քանի տոկոս ավելի ձայն, եւ մի քանի լրացուցիչ մանդատ է ստացել: ՀՅԴ-ն ուզում է ունենալ 4 նախարարի ու 3 մարզպետի պաշտոններ:
ՀՀԿ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ իրենք հակված չեն ավելացրել ՀՅԴ-ի պորտֆելները, քանի որ դրանց քանակը համապատասխանում է նրանց ստացած քվեներին: Պարզապես մեկ տարի առաջ են իրենց ունեցած քվեների համեմատ ավելի շատ տվել»:
