Թուրքիան քննարկում է ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակություն չուղարկելու հարցը

Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն խոստացել է անել այնպես, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը «զղջա» իրենց մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակ տալու որոշման համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին արտգործնախարարը ասել է HaberTurk-ին:
Չավուշօղլուն նշել է, որ նախորդ տարիներին Թուրքիան ավելացրել էր ԵԽԽՎ բյուջեում իր ներդրումների ծավալը: «Այն նվազեցնելու ենք, նվազագույն վճարներ ենք անելու: Այս պահին քննարկվում է` ուղարկել պատվիրակություն, թե ոչ: Այսուհետ չեն տեսնելու նախկին համագործակցությունը: Այլ ձեռնարկելիք քայլեր ևս ունենք: Թող իմանան հետևյալը, որ զղջալու են սրա համար»,- ասել է Չավուշօղլուն:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ եթե անհրաժեշտ լինի, ապա Եվրամիությանն անդամակցության հարցի շուրջ հանրաքվե կիրականացնեն:
Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն ապրիլի 25-ին քվեարկության արդյունքում որոշում է կայացրել Թուրքիայի վերադարձնել մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը: Առաջարկին կողմ են քվեարկել ԵԽԽՎ տարբեր երկրների 113 պատվիրակ, դեմ` 45-ը, ձեռնպահ` 12-ը: Թուրքիան կառույցի կողմից մոնիթորինգի տակից հանվել էր 2004 թվականին:
ԵԽԽՎ որոշման մեջ նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ այդ երկիրը կատարի ներկայացված առաջարկները: ԵԽԽՎ Թուրքիայի հարցով զեկուցողներ Մարիան Միկկոյի (Էստոնիա) և Ինգեբյորգ Գոդսքեսենի (Նորվեգիա) պատրաստած զեկույցում խստորեն քննադատվում է 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հայտարարված և երեք անգամ երկարա ձգված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում կայացվող որոշումները` նշելով, որ դրանք վնասում են Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարական կառույցների գործունեությունը:
