Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերում ավանդների ավելանալը տնտեսագետը կապում է ազգային արժույթի կայուն վարքագծի հետ

Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերում շարունակաբար աճող ավանդների ծավալը տնտեսագետը պայմանավորում է մի շարք գործոններով:«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը նշեց, որ այդ գործոններից են հետճգնաժամային ապաքինումը, բանկային համակարգի և ազգային արժույթի կայուն վարքագծի դրսևորումը և տնտսության ու ֆինանսական հարթակների փոխգործակցության բարելավումը:
Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերում 2008 թվականին կային 496 մլրդ 145 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ընդհանուր ավանդներ (առանց կուտակվածտոկոսների): 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերիդրությամբ դրանց ծավալը կազմել էր 1 տրլն 757 մլրդ 514 մլն, 2015-ի դեկտեմբերի դրությամբ` 1 տրլն 951 մլրդ 107 մլն, իսկ 2016-ի դեկտեմբերիդրությամբ` 2 տրլն 413 մլրդ 361 մլն դրամ: Ի նչպես երևում է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկիհրապարակած տվյալներից` դրանք տարեցտարիշարունակաբար աճում են:
«Այս ամենը լրացուցիչ վստահություն է բերում ավանդատուների շրջանում: Նաև պետք է հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ հայկական դրամով ավանդներն ավելի գրավիչ են դարձել: Սա կարևոր ազդակ է լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներգրավվելու համար: Հայտնի է, որ հենց դրա հիման վրա էլ ձևավորվում են այն վարկային միջոցները, որոնք տրամադրվում են վարկառուներին: Պետք է հաշվի առնել,, որ վարկային ռեսուրսների գերակշռող մասը` մոտ 70 տոկոսը հենց այդ աղբյուրից են»,- ասաց Մանասերյանը:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ըստ ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների, 2008 թվականին Հայաստանի բնակչության 27.6 տոկոսը համարվել է աղքատ, 2014-ին` 30 տոկոսը, իսկ 2015 թվականին` 29,8 տոկոս:
Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, որ Հայաստանում զգալի մաս է կազմում աղքատության մակարդակը, իսկ այդ պարագայում, միևնույն է, ավանդները շարունակում են ավելանալ, տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ, չնայած աղքատության մակարդակը բավականին բարձր է, վերջին տարիներին նկատվում է աղքատության մակարդակի նվազման միտում:
«Բացի այդ, ավանդները, որոնք ներգրավվում են առևտրային բանկերում` հասարակության որոշակի սեգմենտների հաշվի են, այլ ոչ աղքատության: Միջին, դրանից բարձր կամ ավելի ժամանակավորապես ազատ դրամական միջոցներ ունեցողներն են, որ առևտրային բանկերում ավանդներ են պահում: Նաև պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ քիչ չեն այն ավանդները, որոնք դրվում են ոչ միայն ռեզիդենտների կողմից, այլ նաև արտերկրի քաղաքացիների կամ երկքաղաքացիություն ունեցողների կողմից: Այսինքն` աղբյուրները բավականին տարբեր են»,- հավելեց Մանասերյանը:
Հայաստանի առևտրային բանկերում 2017 թվականի փետրվարի դրությամբ կան 2 տրլն 405 մլրդ 898 մլն դրամի ընդհանուր ավանդներ (առանց կուտակված տոկոսների), իսկ հունվարին դրանք կազմում էին 2 տրլն 373 մլրդ 194 մլն դրամ:
