«Աթանեսյանը հայհոյեց ինձ, այնուհետեւ հարվածեց, եւ եղավ այն, ինչ եղավ»․ Սիմոն Բաբայանը՝ երեկվա ծեծի մասին

Հրապարակ / Ես դատապարտում եմ ցանկացած ապօրինի գործողություն, ցավում եմ կատարվածի համար։ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը, Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը եւ Երվանդ Վարոսյանը երկար ժամանակ իրենց էջերում բազմիցս վիրավորել են ինձ, պալատի աշխատակազմին։ Այս մասին այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտնեց Փաստաբանական դպրոցի տնօրեն Սիմոն Բաբայանը։ «Հերթական մի վիրավորական արտահայտությունն էր գրառել Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը, դրա առթիվ ես համապաստախան ստատուս դրեցի եւ նշեցի, որ նման բաները հարիր չեն մեզ։ Հաջորդ օրը հրապարակային Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը «Attorney At Law» խմբում անձնական բնույթի սեռական հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել ինձ, ընտանիքիս հասցեին։ Նշվածի հետ կապված ցանկացա հանդիպել Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի հետ՝ պարզաբանում պահանջել, այնտեղ էի գնացել գործընկերոջս՝ Արսեն Հարությունյանի հետ։ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը հայհոյեց իմ անձը, այնուհետեւ հարվածեց, եւ եղավ այն, ինչ եղավ»։
Սիմոն Բաբայանի ներկայացմամբ՝ Արսեն Հարությունյանը հարվածների հետեւանքով դիմածնոտային վնասվածք է ստացել, ինքը եւս վնասվածք է ստացել, սակայն ակնառու չէ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ճանապարհին հանդիպել են փաստաբաններ Վրեժ Խաչիկյանին, Գեւորգ Մկրտչյանին, նրանք իմացել են՝ խնդիրը ինչն է եւ ցանկացել են գնալ իրենց հետ․ «Մտանք գրասենյակ եւ խնդրեցի այնտեղ գտնվող աղջկան դուրս գալ, քանի որ հայհոյանքներ էր գրառված։ Աղջիկը դուրս չգնաց, խնդրեցի Տիգրան Աթանեսյանին պարզաբանի, սակայն վերջինս հայհոյեց եւ հարվածեց։ Ես հակարադարձեցի, Վրեժ Խաչիկյանը եւ Գեւորգ Մկրտչյանը փորձեցին հանդարտեցնել։ Իրավիճակը տեւեց մեկ րոպե։ Այնուհետեւ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը տարածեց ստահոդ տեղեկություններ, բայց առաջին հարվածողը Տիգրանն է եղել, առաջին հայհոյողն էլ է Տիգրանը եղել»։ Սիմոն Բաբայանի խոսքով՝ պատրաստվում են միջնորդություն ներկայացնել, որպեսզի ոստիկանությունից գործը տեղափոխվի ՔԿ մարմին, քանի որ տեղեկացված են, որ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը ոստիկանապետի փաստաբանն էր։
Բաբայանը նաեւ նշեց, որ Արմեն Սողոմոնյանին ինքը որեւէ առարկայով չի հարվածել, պարզապես տեղի է ունեցել քաշքշուկ, իսկ Սողոմոնյանի վնասվածքի մասին ոչինչ չի կարող ասել։ Անդրադառնալով մյուս կողմի պնդմանը, թե հարձակման թիկունքում կանգնած է ՓՊ նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը՝ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ Արա Զոհրաբյանի առնչությունը բացառապես այդ դեպքում բացակայում է․ «Հայհոյանքերը ուղղված են եղել ինձ, իմ ընտանիքին, նա անգամ իրազեկված չի եղել, որ պետք է հանդիպեմ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանին»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն ասել էր, որ իր գրասենյակում հարձակման է ենթարկվել, հարձակվողներն են եղել ՀՀ Փաստաբանական դպրոցի տնօրեն Սիմոն Բաբայանը, ՀՀ Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի արտաքին հարաբերությունների գծով խորհրդական Վրեժ Խաչիկյանը, ՀՀ Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի խորհրդական Գևորգ Մկրտչյանը և ոմն Արսեն:
