Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցության նպատակն է զարգացնել երկրի տնտեսությունը և լուծել Սփյուռքի խնդիրները

 «Սփյուռքի զորակցությունը Հայաստանին» կլոր սեղան-քննարկում է ընթանում ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանն ասաց, որ  հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակն է Հայաստանում զարգացնել տնտեսությունը։ 
«Կառավարության ծրագրերի հիմնական նպատակն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում զարգացնել տնտեսությունը, կայունացնել այն, ինչպես նաև լուծել սփյուռքի մերգործընկերների խնդիրները։ Այս ընթացքում, երբ անընդհատ մենք զբաղվում էինք այս խնդիրներով, նկատեցինք, որ կա մի բաց, այն է՝ հայրենիքում հաստատված բավականին սփյուռքահայ ներդրողներ կան, ովքեր հաջող ել են, և նրանց հանրահռչակումը շատ կարևոր է։ Այս ամենը շատ է նպաստում սփյուռք-հայրենիք կապի ամրապնդմանը և միմյանց փոխճանաչմանը։ Սա մեր գերակա նպատակներից է»,- ասաց Սրապիոնյանը։ 
Նրա խոսքով` նախարարության գերակա խնդիրներից է ոչ միայն սփյուռքահայերի հանրահռչակումը, այլ նաև այն խնդիրները հարթելու փորձերը, որոնք ամեն օր ծագում են նրանց ճանապարհին։ 
«Վերադարձ Հայաստան» հասարակական կազմակերպության գործադիր տնօրեն Վարդան Մարաշլյանն էլ իր հերթին մի քանի խնդիրներ նշեց, որոնք, իր կարծիքով, շատ կարևոր են, և պետական կառույցները պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնեն և գործեր ծավալեն այդ խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ։ 
«Խիստ կարևորում եմ այն, որ հայրենադարձն ունենա հստակ կարգավիճակ, որ մենք ունենանք վիճակագրություն`ով է, քանի հայրենադարձ ունենք, արդյոք պոտենցիալ արտոնություններ ունեն և ինչ պարտականություններ ունեն»,- ասաց Մարաշլյանը։ 
Նա հավելեց, որ պետք է այնպես անել, որպեսզի հայրենադարձությունը դառնա օրակարգային հարց ոչ միայն սփյուռքի նախարարության, այլև պետության մակարդակով։ 
Կլոր սեղան-քննարկմանը մասնա կցեցին սփյուռքահայ բարերարներ, գործարարներ և ներդրողներ։ 
Ելույթներով հանդես եկան նաև «Փյունիկ» մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման հիմնադրամի պատվո նախագահ Գաբրիել Ջամբարջին, Յարոսլավլի հայկական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ Զաքար Խոջաբաղյանը և այլք։
