 Արգենտինայի Ռոսարիո քաղաքի Համայնքների պուրակում ապրիլի 25-ին տեղական իշխանությունների և հայ համայնքի հովանավորությամբ տեղի ունեցավ Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված արձանի բացման արարողություն:  Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Ռոսարիո քաղաքի ավագանու նախագահ Դանիելա Լեոնը, Սանտա Ֆե նահանգի արդարադատույան և մարդու իրավունքների Գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Ռամոն Վերոնը, նահանգային պատգամավորներ, արդարադատության մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ, Ռոսարիո քաղաքի ավագանու անդամներ, լիբանանյան, սիրիական և հրեական համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներ:  Շուշարձանն օծվեց Մաղաքիա վարդապետ Ամիրյանի կողմից` Ռոսարիո քաղաքի կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու առաջնորդ արքեպիսկոպոս Էդուարդո Էլիզեո Մարտինի մասնակցությամբ:  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կաի վարչությունից:

Այնուհետև, Ռոսարիոսյի քաղաքապետարանի սրահում տեղի ունեցավ հայազգի ֆոտոլուսանկարիչ Ֆեդերիկո Կամպաս Օհնիկյանի «Ամենա Հայաստան» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսը:  Լուսանկարչի աշխատանքներում պատկերված էր հայ բնակչության կենսագործունեությունը երկրի պատմության տարբեր ժամականաշրջաններում և արտացոլում էր հայ ժողովրդի երազանքները:

Միջոցառմանը ելույթ ունեցավ Ռոսարիոյի հայ համայնքի ղեկավար Խուան Դանիելյանը, ով իր խոսքում շեշտեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման արդարացի պահանջի անհրաժեշտությունը և թուրքական իշխանությունների կողմից տարվող ժխտողականության քաղաքականության անթույլատրելիությունը: 

Միջոցառման ավարտին Անմոռուկի հուշարձանի մոտ տեղադրվեց ծաղկեպսակ և անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը հարգվեց մեկ րոպե լռությամբ: Ծաղպեպսակի տեղադրման արարողությանը նախորդեց դերասանուհի Ալեխանդրա Վալդեսի ելույթը:
