ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունը ապրիլի 28-ին շարունակել է Կոտայքի մարզում անցկացվող «Երկրաշարժի դեպքում որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպում և իրականացում» թեմայով 36-ժամանոց դաշտային վարժանքը, որի ընթացքին հետևել է նաև ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից: 

Ուսումնավարժության հիմնական նպատակը ՓԾ միջազգային մարդասիրական առաքելությունների համար նախատեսված և ՄԱԿ-ի որակավորում ունեցող թիմի պատրաստվածության բարձրացումն է: 

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը եղավ Լուսակերտի ուսումնական կենտրոնում տեղակայված վրանային քաղաքում և գործնական աշխատանքների համար Արզնու ձորում ձևավորված ուսումնական տեղամասերում: Սցենարի համաձայն` հայ փրկարարներն օգնության էին մեկնել ուժեղ երկրաշարժից «տուժած» երկիր:  

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի միջազգային որակավորում ունեցող միջին դասի քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական (ՔՈՓ) թիմը բաղկացած է 100 փրկարարից (որից 50-ը պահեստային): 

Վրանային քաղաքում ծավալված էին արձագանքման միջազգային և տեղական կառավարման կետերը, դաշտային բուժկետը, ճաշարանը, սանիտարական և վարակազերծման կետերը` ապահովված բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցներով: 

Թիմը հագեցած է 3 օր անընդմեջ 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով որոնողափրկարարական գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար նախատեսված գույքով: Բոլոր փրկարարները տիրապետում են օտար լեզուների, ինչպես նաև ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի ուղեցույցերով հաստատված ժեստերի ու նշանների միջազգային լեզուներին, որոնց ծանոթ են ԻՆՍԱՐԱԳ-ի անդամ բոլոր փրկարարական ջոկատները: 

Տարածաշրջանում միակը ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որակավորում ունեցող հայկական ՔՈՓ թիմն իրավունք ունի տուժող երկրի արձագանքող ուժերի բացակայության/վնասված լինելու և առաջինն աղետի գոտի ժամանելու դեպքում ստանձնել տեղում գործողությունների կառավարման գործառույթը, ինչը խաղարկվել է նաև այս վարժանքի ընթացքում: 

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը հանձնարարեց մշակել առաջարկություններ` ուղղված ՔՈՓ թիմի հմտությունների ու կարողությունների հզորացմանը, առավել ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով համալրմանը և ՓԾ մյուս ջոկատների որակավորման բարձրացմանը` ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում:
