ԵՄ պատվիրակության հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարը ճիշտ կանի՝ հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնի

Ձերբակալվել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի համակարգողը...
Այս թեմայով մի քանի անգամ առիթ եմ ունեցել խոսելու։ Որոշ եվրոպական արժեքների «կրողներ» հեգնում էին, թե «իրենց գրանտ չեն տալիս, դրա համար խոսում են», բայց, փաստորեն, այդ գրանտային կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմները բացահայտվեցին։ Պարզվում է, որ այդ մեխանիզմներով զբաղվել է ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս ԵՄ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի ՀԱՄԱԿԱՐԳՈՂԸ (հարց է առաջանում, իսկ այդ դեպքում ինչո՞վ էին զբաղված պատվիրակության ներկայիս և նախորդ ղեկավարները)։ Համաձայնեք, որ «գեղեցիկ» պատկեր է ստեղծվում։
Հ.Գ. Մի առիթով ընկերներիցս մեկի գրառման տակ մեկնաբանել էի, որ ԵՄ դրամաշնորհները ուղղակիորեն ոչ նպատակային են օգտագործվում և բացարձակապես կապ չունեն եվրոպական արժեքների տարածման հետ։ Այդ մեկնաբանությունից ԵՄ արժեքների «ջատագովները» նեղսրտել էին, իսկ հիմա ուղղակի հետաքրքիր է, թե երբ է վերոգրյալ ձերբակալմանը հետևելու դրա տրամաբանական շարունակությունը։ Իսկ ԵՄ պատվիրակության հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարը, կարծում եմ, ճիշտ կվարվի, որ այսքանից հետո հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնի, քանի որ լուրջ չէ այն պատվիրակության ղեկավարը, որի «քթի տակ» աշխատող ամենապատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներից մեկին ձերբակալում են նմանատիպ հանցագործության կասկածանքով, իսկ ինքը միաժամանակ լուրջ դեմքով խոսում է հակակոռուպցիոն պայքարից։
