Գերմանիայում Հայաստանի դեսպանը հարցազրույց է տվել գերմանական Тagesspiegel պարբերականին

Ապրիլին Գերմանական հայտնի Тagesspiegel պարբերականը Հայ-գերմանական դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի առիթով Հայաստանի մասին լայնածավալ հոդված է տպագրել, որում, մասնավորապես անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ տնտեսությանը, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտին, զբոսաշրջության ներուժին, գինեգործությանը, հայ ժողովրդի պատմությանը, պատմամշակութային ժառանգությանը, Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի և, ընդհանրապես, հայկական կոնյակ ի պատմությանը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում գործող գերմանական «Քրոնիմեդ» ընկերության հաջող ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Պարբերականում առանձին տեղ է զբաղեցնում Գերմանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանի՝ «Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարության ճանապարհին» վերնագրով հարցազրույցը: Հարցազրույցում դեսպանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակին` նշելով, որ Գերմանիան Հայաստանի կարևոր տնտեսական և քաղաքական գործընկերներից է: Դեսպանը կարևորել է նաև Գերմանիայի դերը Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցություն ընդլայնման գործում:
Ա. Սմբատյանը անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի` ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ իրականացված քայլերին, Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին և ապրիլին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:
Հարցազրուցում շոշափվել են նաև տարածաշրջանային մի շարք հիմնահարցեր։ Այնպիսին, ինչպիսիք են Հայաստան-Թուրքիա առնչությունները, Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և դատապարտման կարևորությունը, ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը: Դեսպանը կարևորել է ԵԱՀՄ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների դերակատարությունը հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում` ընդգծելով, որ խնդիրն ի վերջո պետք է լուծվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի կողմից իրավաբանորեն պարտադիր կամարտահայտության միջոցով: Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ սա ոչ թե տարածքային խնդիր է, այլ մարդու իրավու նքների և ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի խնդիր: Ա. Սմբատյանը նշել է, որ հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծվել ռազմական ճանապարհով և խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացն այլընտրանք չունի:
Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե դեսպանը ինչ կերպ է տեսնում Հարավային Կովկասը 25 տարի անց, Ա. Սմբատյանը նշել է, որ ինքը մարգարե չէ և չի կարող գուշակել, սակայն ցանկանում է, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանի բոլոր ժողովուրդները խաղաղ և ինքնորոշված համագոյակցեն միմյանց հետ:
