Մաշկի խնամքը յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ համար առաջնային է: Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ մաշկի խնամքի համար պետք չէ դիմել թանկարժեք կոսմետիկ միջոցների օգնությանը: Այն կարելի է խնամել տնային պայմաններում`բնական միջոցներով: Բանանը ոչ միայն համեղ տրոպիկական միրգ է, այլեւ կոսմետիկ դիմակների հիմնական բաղադրիչներից մեկը: Բանանը հայտնի է մաշկը փափկացնող եւ հարթեցնող հատկություններով:
Չոր մաշկի համար: 1 ճաշի գդալ բանանի միջուկը հարկավոր է խառնել 1 թեյի գդալ զեյթունի ձեթի հետ: Զանգվածին 1 թեյի գդալ սնուցող կրեմ եւ մի քիչ կիտրոնի հյութ ավելացրեք: Քսեք դեմքին՝ թողնելով 10-15 րոպե: Դեմքը լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Այս գործողությունը կրկնեք շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ:
Նորմալ մաշկի համար: Կես բանանի միջուկը հարկավոր է խառնել 2 ճաշի գդալ թթվասերին: Զանգվածը լավ հարեք եւ քսեք դեմքին՝ թողնելով 15-20 րոպե: Դեմքը լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Այս գործողությունը կրկնեք շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ:
Յուղոտ մաշկի համար: 1 ճաշի գդալ բանանի միջուկը հարկավոր է խառնել 1 թեյի գդալ կիտրոնի հյութի եւ 1 ձվի սպիտակուցի հետ: Բոլոր բաղադրիչները լավ հարեք եւ քսեք դեմքին՝ թողնելով 15-20 րոպե: Դեմքը լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Այս գործողությունը հարկավոր է կրկնել շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ:
