Սովորաբար ինչե՞րն են մարդիկ թանկարժեք համարում. մեքենանե՞րը, անձնական ինքնաթիռնե՞րը։ Այսպիսի բաներ են պատկերվում մտքում, երբ խոսում ենք թանկարժեք իրերի մասին։ Սակայն ի՞նչ կմտածեք, եթե որևէ մեկը խոսի թանկարժեք հեղուկների մասին։ Առաջին բանը, որը մտածում են մարդիկ, ջուրն է։ Իսկ մի փոքր ավելի երկար մտածելուց հետո շատերը գալիս են այն եզրակացության, որ թանկարժեք հեղուկներն այդքան էլ շատ չեն։ Բնականաբար, դա սխալ ենթադրություն է։
Մարդու արյուն
Շատերը մտածում են, որ արյունը պետք է մատչելի լինի՝ առատության պատճառով, սակայն այդքան էլ այդպես չէ։ Արյան արժեքը հիմնականում կախված է դրա տեսակից։ Որոշ տեսակներ չափազանց հազվադեպ են պատահում, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ շատ թանկ են։ Բացի այդ՝ արյուն հանձնելու գործընթացը բավականին ծախսատար է, այդ իսկ պատճառով դրա գինը էլ ավելի է աճում։
Գամմա հիդրօքսիյուղային թթու (GHB)
GHB-ն բնական հեղուկ է, որը կարելի է գտնել մարդու նյարդային համակարգում։ Այն նաև վաճառվում է որպես թմրանյութ և հայտնի է մարդկանց «Հեղուկ էքստազի» անունով։
Տպիչի սև ներկ
Սա փող վաստակելու խորամանկ միջոց է։ Նրանք մատչելի գնով տպիչներ են վաճառում, իսկ գումար վաստակում են թանաքով լի քարթրիջներ վաճառելով։ Սև ներկը, մասնավորապես, առավել թանկն է։
Սնդիկ
Սնդիկը, որը միակ մետաղն է, որ հեղուկ է դառնում սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում, տարիներ առաջ օգտագործվել է բժշկության մեջ։ Սակայն երբ մարդիկ պարզեցին, որ այն թունավոր է, դրա համար մի շարք այլ կիրառություններ հայտնաբերվեցին։
Ինսուլին
Մարդու ենթաստամոքսային գեղձը ինսուլին է արտադրում։ Սակայն նրանք, ովքեր դիաբետ ունեն, շատ հաճախ չեն կարողանում բավականաչափ ինսուլին արտադրել և բիոքիմիական եղանակով պատրատված ինսուլինի կարիք են զգում։ Բնականաբար, այդ տեսակը օրգանականից ավելի մատչելի է, սակայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ինսուլինը բավականին թանկարժեք հեղուկ է։
