Steptohealth.ru կայքը գրում է, որ մեր օրերում մաշկի քաղցկեղը մարդկության համար իրական վտանգի է վերածվել։ Գոյություն ունեն բազմաթիվ գործոններ, որոնք կարող են առաջացնել այս հիվանդությունը։

  • Մաշկի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը մաշկի հաճախակի շփումն է ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների հետ։ Դա սովորաբար տեղի է ունենում, երբ մենք երկար ժամանակ անցկացնում ենք արևի տակ։ Դա է պատճառը, որ արևայրուք հաճախ ընդունող մարդիկ առավել շատ են ենթարկվում քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու ռիսկին։ Այս դեպքում ռիսկի մակարդակը կախված է արևի ճառագայթների ինտենսիվությունից, արևի տակ մնալու ժամանակահատվածից և նրանից, թե արդյո՞ք մաշկը պաշտպանված եղել է, թե՞ ոչ։
  • Եվս մեկ պատճառ կարող է լինել սոլյարի հաճախ այցելելը։ Ապացուցված է, որ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթումը, որին մեր մաշկը ենթարկվում է սոլյարիում, մեծացնում է մաշկի՝ տարբեր տիպի քաղցկեղների առաջացումը։
  • Պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել տարբեր քիմիական նյութերի հետ շփումը` մկնդեղ, պարաֆին, արդյունաբերական խեժ և յուղեր։
  • Ռադիոթերապիայի ընթացքում ճառագայթման ենթարկվելը։
  • Մաշկի լուրջ վնասվածքներ, այդ թվում՝ ծանր այրվածքներ, բորբոքումներ և այլն։
  • Գենետիկ գործոն։

Նշաններ, որոնցից անհրաժեշտ է զգուշանալ

  • Պետք է զգուշանալ, երբ մաշկի վրա հայտնվում են խոցեր, բծեր, նշաններ կամ այլ տարօրինակ նորագոյացություններ։ Սրանց մեծացումը կարող է տևել 2 ամսից մինչև 2 տարի։ Լուրջ ուշադրություն դարձրեք դրանց, եթե չեն ապաքինվում երեք ամսվա ընթացքում։
  • Մաշկի չարորակ այս հիվանդությունը կարող է աչքի ընկնել նաև մաշկի թեփուկավոր հատվածներով։ Այս դեպքում մաշկի վրա կարող են հայտնվել փայլուն և թափանցիկ նորագոյացություններ՝ արնահոսող վերքերով։ Դրանք կարող են ունենալ կապույտ, սև կամ սուրճի գույն։
  • Մաշկի քաղցկեղի որոշ տեսակների դեպքում կարող են նկատվել տարօրինակ ուռած հատվածներ։ Ժամանակի ընթացքում դրանց չափը փոխվում է։ Որպես կանոն, դրանք հայտնվում են դեմքին, շուրթերին, վզին, ինչպես նաև ականջների և դաստակների հատվածներին։
  • Որոշ դեպքերում չարորակ նորագոյացությունները կարող են լինել ոչ թե մաշկի վրա, այլ ներքին օրգանների։ Սկզբնական շրջանում դրանք նման են լինում կապտուկի, սակայն ժամանակի ընթացքում ուռուցքի են վերածվում։
  • Որոշ դեպքերում մաշկի քաղցկեղի նախանշան կարող է լինել նաև նոր խալերի առաջացումը, երբ դրանք առանձնանում են չափով կամ տարբերվում են մյուսներից։ Եթե խալը ձեզ տարօրինակ է թվում, մի վարանեք, դիմեք մասնագետի օգնությանը։
