Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը չգիտե՞ր սպանության մասին

Լրագիր / Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղարը, մեկնաբանելով ապրիլի 28-ին առաջնագծում Ադրբեջանի հրադադարի խախտումը, որի հետեւանքով դիպուկահարի կրակոցի զոհ է դարձել Արցախի պաշտպանական բանակի զինծառայող, ասել է, թե «Բաքուն կրկին ցույց է տալիս, որ չի կարևորում բանակցային գործընթացը, այլապես չէր վտանգի այն՝ արտգործնախարարների հանդիպման օրը զինադադարի հերթական կոպտագույն խախտում իրականացնելով»:
Ապրիլի 28-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Լավրովի նախաձեռնությամբ եւ նրա մասնակցությամբ Նալբանդյան-Մամեդյարով հանդիպում: Առաջնագծում հայկական կողմի զոհի մասին հայտնի է դարձել հանդիպումից մի քանի ժամ առաջ:
«Նման սադրանքի գնալով այն ժամանակ, երբ բոլորը սպասում են մոսկովյան հանդիպման արդյունքին՝ Բաքուն նաև հստակ ի ցույց է դնում, որ իրականում հետաքրքրված չէ դրանով և, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ մակարդակով հանդիպում է ընթանում, շարունակում է կառչած մնալ տարիներ շարունակ իր որդեգրած սադրանքների քաղաքականությունից», Արմենպրեսի հարցմանն ի պատասխան ասել է արտգործնախարարության մամուլի քարտուղարը:
