«Մեմիրի Ռաֆոյի» առեղծվածը. ինչո՞ւ բանտում մահացավ առողջ կալանավորը

ARMLUR.am / ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում երեկ մահացել է 10 ամիս կալանքի տակ գտնվող, Վարդենիս քաղաքի 42-ամյա բնակիչ Ռաֆայել Թադեւոսյանը, որը առավել հայտնի է Մեմիրի Ռաֆո անունով: 42-ամյա կալանավորի մահը տարաբնույթ հարցերի տեղիք է տվել: Հիշեցնենք, որ Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչ Ռաֆայել Թադեւոսյանը կալանքի տակ էր հայտնվել 2016 հունիսի 9-ին: Նրա անունը կապվում էր Սոթքի ոսկու հանքից գողացված հանքանյութի շուրջ «ռազբորկաների» հետ, որտեղ շրջանառվում էին մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների անունները:
Եվ ահա այդ «ռազբորկաների» արդյունքում Ռաֆայել Թադեւսյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով՝ դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին մարմնական վնասվածք կամ առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելը: Այս արարքի համար Ռաֆայել Թադեւոսյանին սպառնում էր առավելագույնը հինգ տարվա ազատազրկում: Ու մինչ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում շարունակվում էր Ռաֆայել Թադեւոսյանի գործով քննությունը, 10 ամիս «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում իր կալանքը կրող Ռաֆայել Թադեւոսյանը առեղծվածային պայմաններում մահացավ:
