Վարագույրների սպիտակեցումը զելյոնկայով բավական աշխատատար գործընթաց է, բայց արժե ջանք թափել:
Վարագույրը դառնում է թարմ և շատ սպիտակ:
Ինչպես սպիտակեցնել դեղնած վարագույրները
1. Նախքան սպիտակեցումը սկսելը՝ շղարշն անհրաժեշտ է լավ լվալ:
Դրա համար վարագույրը թրջիր տաք ջրով, թող 2 ժամ, հետո մանրամասն լվա:
2. Կեղտոտ ջուրը քամիր և վարագույրը 2 ժամով թրջիր լվացքի փոշով ջրով: Հետո շղարշը մաքրաջրիր և արագ սկսիր սպիտակեցումը:
3. Տաք ջրի մեջ ավելացրու 3 ճ. գ. սովորական աղ:
4. Հետո զելյոնկան այնպես բացիր, որ խուսափես կանաչ հետքերից վարագույրի վրա: 10-15 կաթիլ զելյոնկա լուծիր 1 բաժակ ջրի մեջ: Լավ խառնիր նստվածքից խուսափելու համար: Խառնուրդը մի քանի րոպեով թող ու ևս մեկ անգամ խառնիր:
5. Համոզվելով, որ բաժակկի հատակին նստվածք չկա՝ խառնուրդը լցրու աղաջրով ամանի մեջ: Վարագույրը դիր ջրի մեջ, թող 2-3 րոպե՝ անընդհատ շրջելով:
6. Շղարշն այդ լուծույթում պահելուց հետո պետք է այն լավ ողողել և քամել՝ առանց պտտելու: Վարագույը կախիր: Կտեսնես, որ այն կարծես նոր լինի:
