Ներկայացնում ենք յոգայի պարզագույն դիրքեր, որոնք քնելուց առաջ կատարելով՝ կկարողանաս լավ քնել: Դիրքերը շատ պարզ են, ուստի նույնիսկ եթե երբեք յոգայով չեք զբաղվել և ձեզ «ճկուն» չեք համարում, այս վարժությունները կարող եք հեշտությամբ անել:
Առաջին անգամ այս վարժություններն անելիս խոհուրդ չի տրվում երկար մնալ այս դիրքերում: Մեկ րոպեն բավարար կլինի: Ավելի ուշ կարող եք այդ ընթացքը երկարացնել մինչև 5 րոպե կամ ավել:

Եթե ծնկի հետ կապված խնդիր ունեք, հնարավոր է՝ սա այնքան էլ լավ գաղափար չէ: Բայց մնացածների դեպքում այս դիրքը կթուլացնի նյարդային համակարգը, մեջքը, ուսերը, որովայնը:
Եթե ձեր հետույքը չի հպվում կրունկներին, ծածկոցը մի քանի անգամ ծալեք և դրեք կրունկների վրա: Ձեռքերը ձգեք առաջ ու թուլացեք: Զարթուցիչ դրեք՝ իմանալու համար, թե երբ է պետք դուրս գալ դիրքից: Այդ դիրքում գտնվելու ընթացքում անպայման խորը շնչեք:

Որոշ մարդիկ այս դիրքն անվանում են թիթեռի դիրք. մեջքի վրա պառկած բարձրացրեք ծնկները, միացրեք ոտնաթաթերը և զգուշությամբ ծնկները կողքի տարեք: Շատերը չեն կարողանում պառել այս դիրքում: Ծնկները կլինեն մակերևույթից առնվազն մի քանի սմ հեռավորության վրա: Ուստի թուլանալու համար ծալած ծածկոց կամ բարձ դրեք ամեն ծնկի տակ: Խորը շնչեք՝ մինչև վերջ:

Մեջքի վրա պառկած բռնեք ծնկները (ինչպես նկարում է պատկերված): Մեղմորեն կողքից կողք ճոճվեք: Սա երկար օրվանից հետո մեջքի ներքևի մասը ձգելու և մերսելու հրաշալի միջոց է: Ոտքերին թույլ տվեք ամբողջովին թուլանալ: Ուսերը թող մակերևույթին լինեն, դրանք մի լարեք ծնկները բռնելիս: Եվ խորը շնչեք:

Մեջքի վրա պառկած ծունկը բարձրացրեք, թողեք ընկնի աջ կողմ: Կարող եք ոտքը կայունացնել ձախ ազդրը բռնելով աջ ձեռքով: Բայց միաժամանակ ձախ ձեռքը ձգեք դեպի ձախ և զգուշությամբ գլուխը դեպի ձախ շրջեք: Երկու ուսերը պետք է հնարավորինս թուլանան մակերևույթի վրա: Եվ շնչեք: Հետո դիրքը կրկնեք մյուս կողմով:

Մեջքի վրա պառկած ձեռքերը դրեք հետույքի տակ (ինչպես պատկերված է): Պետք է մեղմորեն բարձրացնել մարմնի վերևի մասը և առավելագույնս բացել կրծքավանդակը: Կարող եք պահել գլուխը կամ մեղմորեն հետ թեքել: 5-10 խորը շունչ քաշեք և զգուշությամբ ձեռքերը հանեք տակից: Պառկեք և վայելեք բաց զգացողությունները կրծքավանդակում:
