Տխրահռչակ Պեդրո Ագրամունտը իր շուրջ ստեղծված աղմուկի համար մեղադրել է Հայաստանի ու ամերիկացի Ջորջ Սորոսին,որի հիմնադրամը հայտնի է ամբողջ աշխարհին իր հիմնադրամով ու տարբեր երկրների հատկացվող գումարներով։ Հայաստանի ու Ագրամունտի ջրերը վաղուց մի գետով չեն հոսում, դա հայտնի իրողություն է ,սակայն Ագրամունտը փաստորեն երեկ իր անվստահության հարցը երբ դրվել էր ԵԽԽՎ խորհդաժողովում,չներակայանալով առաջին «քաղաքական պրիտենզիաներն է » ներկայացնում Հայաստանին։ Սրա մասին,թերևս պարոն Ագրամունտը վաղուց պիտի մտածեր,երբ ազատագրված տարածքները կոչում էր հայկական զորքերի կողմիօց օկուպացված ադրբեջանական հողեր։ Վաղուց պիտի մտածեր սրան մասին,որովհետև որպես եվրոպական խորհրդի ամենագլխավոր գործող անձ պետք է լիներ հնարավորինս անաչառ,մինչդեռ հակահայկական բանաձևեր ընդունելով նա դադարեց լինել այդպիսին։ Սակայն Հայաստանի պատճառով չէ,որ Ագրամունտը հայտնվել է այդպիսի իրավիճակում։ Նա նաև այցելել էր Սիրիա,ռուսական պատվիրակության հետ ու Դամասկոսում հանդիպել նախագահ Բաշար Ալ Ասադի հետ։ Սա էլ ըստ էության լցրել է Եվրոպական պատվիրակությունների համբերության բաժակն ու վերջիններս անվստահություն են հայտնել Ագրամունտին։ Սպասվում է,որ մոտ օրերս նրա հարցով Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի բյուրոն կկայացնի վերջնական որոշում,ի վերջո զրկվում է Ագրամունտը իր պաշտոնից թե ոչ։
