Հայաստանում սեզոնային ալերգիկ հիվանդությունները շատացել են

Վերջին տարիներին ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում սեզոնային ալերգիկ հիվանդությունները շատացել են: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Բժշկական գենետիկայի կենտրոն»-ի ալերգոլոգ-իմունոլոգ Սևան Իրիցյանը, դրանք այն ալերգիաներն են, որոնք հիմնականում առաջանում են ` պայմանավորված ծաղկափոշիներով:
«Գենետիկայի կենտրոնում ներդրված ախտորոշիչ համակարգի միջոցով հստակ կարելի է տեսնել ալերգիաների տարածվածության փոփոխությունը: Լաբորատոր տվյալները ցույց տվեցին, որ Հայաստանում հիմնականում տարածված են խոտաբույսերի ծաղկափոշիներով պայմանավորված ալերգիաները: Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ վերջին տարիներին ալերգիկ հիվանդություններով հիվանդների դիմելիությունն ավելացել է: Դա նախ կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ բնակչությունն ավելի իրազեկ է դարձել, երկրորդը` բժիշկների համար ախտորոշումն ավելի հեշտ է դարձել»,-ասաց Սևան Իրիցյանը: Նրա խոսքով, լերգիաների մոտ 80 տոկոս դեպքում ալերգիաների զարգացման մեխանիզմը պարզ է, բավական հեշտ հայտնաբերելի: Սևան Իրիցյանն ընդգծեց, որ սփյուռքահայ Շահե Բարդակչյանի աջակցությամբ այսօր Հայաստանում կա ախտորոշման արդիական համակարգ:
«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ քիթ կոկորդ ականջաբան Արմեն Նազանյանի խոսքով, ամբողջ աշխարհում բնակչության շուրջ 25 տոկոսը տառապում է ալերգիկ ռինիտներով: Դա լուրջ հիմնահարց է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության համար:
«Հիմնական գանգատներ են` դժվարաշնչությունը, լորձային բնույթի արտադրությունը, քորը աչքերի, քթի շրջանում, ականջներում: Ալերգիկ ռինիտի նոպան կարող է օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ կրկնվել: Ալերգիան որպես այդպիսին հիվանդի կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում, բայց մեծացնում է այլ բարդությունների զարգացման հավանականությունը, մասնավորապես, քթի և հավելյալ խոռոչների պոլիպոս ռինոսինուսիտների զարգացումը, մեծանում է բրոնխիալ ասթմայի հավանականությունը: Այդ ամենը տարիների ընթացքում բերում է հիվանդի կյանքի որակի վատացմանը»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով պատճառներին` մասնագետները նշեցին, որ խնդիրն այդքան էլ դյուրին չէ, սակայն հաշվի է առնվում շրջակա միջավայրի անընդհատ փոփոխությունը, արդյունաբերության զարգացումը, ալերգենների շատացումը: Կան ոլորտային մասնագետներ, որոնց շրջանում ալերգիաների առաջացման հավանակությունը մեծ է, մասնավորապես, քիմիական արդյունաբերությունում աշխատողների, ինչպես նաև խոհարարների, վարսահարդարների մոտ: Կա նաև ժառանգականության գործոնը:
Ալերգիկ նախանշանների դեպքում մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս անպայման դիմել բժշկին, հստակ ախտորոշման դեպքում համապատասխան բուժում անցնել: Խորհուրդ է տրվում հնարավորինս խուսափել ալերգենի հետ շփումից: Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցին, թե արդյոք ալերգիայից մեկընդմիշտ հնարավոր է ազատվել, ապա մասնագետները նկատեցին, որ որոշ դեպքերում ոչ, սակայն կան տեսակներ, որոնց դեպքում վերջնական բուժումը հնարավոր է:
