«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀԿ նախորդ օրվա ԳՄ նիստը տևել է ընդամենը 15 րոպե։ «ԳՄ անդամները շուստրիացել են. ընդհանուր մթնոլորտում շատ բան չեն խոսում, սպասում են՝ վերջում «տետ ա տետ» հանդիպեն նախագահի հետ, էդտեղ ասեն իրենց ասելիքը»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
ԳՄ-ում 15 րոպեանոց նիստում Ռուբիկ Թադևոսյանը հասցրել է ներկայացնել իրենց հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը, Արմեն Աշոտյանը` Ղարաբաղում Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանի կուսակցական դպրոցի աշխատանքները, Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ Չեխիայի ցեղասպանության ճանաչման խնդրի շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձությունները: ԳՄ նիստին չեն մասնակցել Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, որը գործուղման է եղել, և ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանը, որը Հայաստանում չէ արդեն մոտ երեք շաբաթ:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը հարկ է համարել տեղեկացնել ծերակույտին, որ ինքն ու վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն արդեն իսկ հանդիպել են ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչների հետ, կոալիցիոն համաձայնագիրն ամբողջովին պատրաստ է, հաջորդ ԳՄ-ում, ըստ ամենայնի, կներկայացվի ծերերին` ծանոթանալու և ստորագրման պատրաստելու:
«Մեզանում գործում է հետևյալ ձևաչափը. համաձայնագիրը, մինչև ԳՄ-ում քննարկվելը, ուղարկվում է ԳՄ անդամների էլեկտրոնային հասցեներին` առաջարկների համար, իսկ ԳՄ-ում արդեն ընդունված առաջարկներով տեքստն է հաստատվում»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակից ԳՄ ներկայացուցիչը:
Համաձայնագրում պորտֆելների մասին խոսք չկա՝ ԱԺ նախագահի, տեղակալների, հանձնաժողովների նախագահների ու ՀՅԴ-ին տրվելիք պորտֆելների հարցը կքննարկվի փաթեթով, հաջորդ ԳՄ-ներից մեկում, տեղեկացրել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը»:
