Նեխուրային դիետան հաշվարկված է 1 շաբաթվա համար: Այդ օրերին կարելի է ուտելել մրգեր(բացի խաղողից ու բանանից), բանջարեղեններ(բացի կարտոֆիլից), խմել ջուր, չգազավորված հանքային ջուր, առանց շաքարի կանաչ թեյ կամ սուրճ:
Ապուրը անհրաժեշտ է ուտել առնվազն է ապսե, օրը մեկ անգամ:
Բաղադրատոմս.
Անհրաժեշտ պարագաներն են՝
400գ նեխուրի ցողուններ, 0,5 կգ սպիտակ կաղամբ, միջին չափսի 6 սոխ, 3 լոլիկ, 2 քաղցր բիբար, աղ և սև աղացած բիբար:
Բանջարեղենները կտրատել, վրան լցնել 3 լիտր ջուր, համեմել աղով և աղացած սև բիբարով: Հասցնել եռման և եփել 10 րոպե, այնուհետև կրակը իջացնել և մարմանդ կրակի վրա եփել այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև բոլոր բանջարեղենները փափկեն:
Նեխուրով ապուրը շատ հագեցնող, դիետիկ, ճարպ այրող, հեշտ յուրացվող և շատ օգտակար է:
