Նորածնի առքուվաճառքի աղմկահարույց գործ. Բուժքույրը դատապարտվեց 1 տարի 10 ամսվա ազատազրկման

Նորածնի առքուվաճառքի աղմկահարույց գործով դատավճիռ է կայացվել:
NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով, Երեւանի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանն ապրիլի 19-ին վճռել է ամբաստանյալներ բժշկուհի Կարինե Անտոնյանին, երեխայի մայր Ալլա Կարապետյանին եւ երեխայի ենթադրյալ գնորդ Քրիստինե Կիրակոսյանին դատապարտել 2 տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման, իսկ բուժքույր Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանին՝ 1 տարի 10 ամիս ազատազրկման:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ բուժքույր Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանը, բժշկուհի Կարինե Անտոնյանը, երեխայի մայր Ալլա Կարապետյանն ու երեխայի ենթադրյալ գնորդ Քրիստինե Կիրակոսյանը կազմակերպել են խնամքը ստանձնելու նպատակով երեխայի առքը եւ ստանձնողի խնամքին հանձնելու նպատակով երեխայի վաճառքը եւ այդ նպատակով պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր կեղծելը:
Բժշկուհուն ու բուժքրոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-168-րդ եւ 325-րդ հոդվածներով, իսկ Ալլային եւ Քրիստինեին՝ 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Չորսն էլ ստորագրւթյամբ ազատ են արձակվել:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2016թ. ապրիլի 9-ին Արմավիրի մարզի բնակչուհիներից մեկն իր նորածնին 3 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց վաճառել է իր նորածին երեխային Արարատի մարզի բնակչուհուն: Պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակչուհին եւս 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար վճարել էր միջնորդին՝ բուժքույր Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանին:
Հունիսի 8-ին ձերբակալված բժշկուհի Կարինե Անտոնյանին եւ բուժքույր Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել, նրանք կալանավորվել էին: Կարինե Անտոնյանն ու Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանն ավելի ուշ ազատ են արձակվել: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաեւ նորածնին վաճառելու մեջ կասկածվող Ալլա Կարապետյանին ու նորածնին գնելու մեջ կասկածվող Քրիստինե Կիրակոսյանին: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
