Սրտի կաթվածը վաղաժամ մահվան հիմնական պատճառներից է: Ավաղ, այն աննկատ է գալիս: Սակայն մինչ այդ՝ մարմինը մեզ նախանշաններ է ուղղարկում, որոնք չի կարելի արհամարհել:
Ահա ընդհանուր նախանշաններ, որոնք հուշում են գալիք սրտի կաթվածի մասին:
Ցավ մեջքում, պարանոցում, ծնոտում և ձեռքերում
Այս նախանշանները լայն տարածված են կանանց մոտ: Դրանք հաճախ շփոթմունքի մեջ են գցում կանանց, չէ՞ որ ինֆարկտն առաջին հերթին ասոցացվում է ցավերով կրծքավանդակում կամ ձախ ձեռքում: Ցավը կարող է լինել սաստկացող, նվացող կամ սուր, հանկարծակի: Հենց այդ պատճառով ամեն անսովոր նախանշանի դեպքում պետք է պարտադիր ստուգում անցնել:

Գալիք սրտի կաթվածի մասին նախանշանը կարելի է խառնել սովորական թունավորման, գրիպի կամ այրոցի նախանշանների հետ: Երբեմն կանայք ճնշում են զգում որովայնի հատվածում:

Սառը քրտինքը շատ տարածված նախանշան է կանանց մոտ: Հիվանդներին թվում է, որ այն կապված է սթրեսի կամ ապրումների հետ: Սակայն,եթե ձեր մոտ առաջ չէին եղել այդպիսի նշաններ, դուք պետք է դիմեք մասնագետի:
Ճնշում և ցավ կրծքավանդակում
Ցավ կրծքավանդակում, անհարմարության նշան, այրոց, ծանրության զգացողություն, բալոր այս նշանները ի հայտ են գալիս անկախ սեռից: Սակայն որոշ կանայք ունենում են ցավային զգացողություն ոչ թե ձեռքի ձախ կողմից, այլ ամբողջ մակերեսով: Եթե ցավը կամ ճնշումը չի անցնում մի քանի րոպեների ընթացքում՝ պետք է պարտադիր զանգել բժշկի:

Շնչառության հետ խնդիրներն առանց պատճառի՝ սրտի կաթվածի նախանշան են, առավել ևս այն դեպքում, երբ նկատվում են այլ նախանշանների հետ:
Հոգնածության բարձր աստիճան
Եթե նույնիսկ երկարատև հանգստից հետո դուք հոգնածություն եք զգում և չեք կարողանում անել սովորական գործողություններ, ապա դա անհանգստացնող նշան է:
Դիմացկունության թուլացումը նույնպես կարող է անհանգստացնող նշան լինել: Եթե, օրինակ, դուք արդեն դժվարությամբ եք մեկ հարկ բարձրանում, այնինչ առաջ հեշտությամբ 5 հարկ էիք հաղթահարում, ապա դա առիթ է անհանգստանալու սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի առողջության մասին:
Այս նշանները չեն երաշխավորում պարտադիր սրտի կաթված: Սակայն դրանց հանրագումարը, ինչպես նաև նույն նշանների հաճախակի կրկնվելն արդեն լուրջ առիթ է մասնագետին դիմելու համար:
