Նախագահին հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանում Վիետնամի նորանշանակ դեսպանը

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին հոկտեմբերի 6-ին իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Նգուեն Թհան Շոնը (նստավայրը` Մոսկվա): Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախա գահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին մեր երկրում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն սկսելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթել հաջողություններ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը և դեսպան Նգուեն Թհան Շոնը քննարկել են հայ-վիետնամական հարաբերությունների հեռանկարին վերաբերող հարցեր՝ այդ համատեքստում կարևորելով բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական ակտիվ երկխոսությունը, հաճախակի փոխայցելությունները, միջխորհրդարանական և միջկառավարական մակարդակներով փոխգործակցության զարգացումը :

Նախագահը ջերմությամբ է հիշել 2012թ. Վիետնամ կատարած իր պաշտոնական այցը և երկրի բարձր ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպումներում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի և Վիետնամի միջև բարեկամության և համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը:

Դեսպան Նգուեն Թհան Շոնը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահին շնորհավորանքի և բարեմաղթանքների համար` նշելով, որ Հանոյում Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության բացումը ևս մեկ վկայություն է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում բարեկամ Հայաստանի պատրաստակամության մասին: Նա վստահեցրել է, որ իր երկիրը շահագրգիռ է նոր խթան հաղորդելու երկկողմ հարաբերություններին և որպես դեսպան, կանի ամեն հնարավորը սերտացնելու Վիետնամի և Հայաստանի միջև կապերը: Նգուեն Թհան Շոնը նշել է, որ հաճույքով է հիշում Երևանում իր ուսանողության տարինե րն ու հյուրընկալ և աշխատասեր հայ ժողովրդի մասին դեռ այն ժամանակ ստացած հրաշալի տպավորությունները:
