«Ժամանակ». Ո՞ւմ տեղադրած ճոճանակի պատճառով է մահացել 10 տարեկան երեխան

«Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի Ռ. Մելիքյան փողոցի թիվ 2 շենքի բնակիչները, որոնք նախօրեին ականատես են եղել անչափահաս երեխայի մահվան ողբերգական դեպքին, երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեցին, որ երեխան ոչ թե 12, այլ 10 տարեկան է եղել:
«Սեպտեմբերին փոխադրվելու էր 4-րդ դասարան, շենքում դասարանցի ընկերներ ուներ, միշտ գալիս էր խաղալու: Ինքը ճոճանակի վրա չէր, ճոճանակին երեխաներ կային նստած, կողքն էլ երեխաներ էին կանգնած, ինքը կողքն էր կանգնած: Ճոճանակը շուռ եկավ երեխու գլխին, տեղերը երևում են, արյունն էլ կա», - մանրամասնեցին բնակիչները:
Նրանք պնդեցին, որ բնակիչները իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ չեն կարուսել տեղադրել, այլ նախագահական ընտրություններից առաջ թաղապետարանն է տեղադրել: «Իրենք են արել, բնակիչները չեն դրել, ժողովուրդը չի դրել, թաղապետրանն է, Սամվելի, թե գործկոմի միջոցներով են դրել՝ չենք կարող ասել, նույնից մյուս շենքի հայաթում էլ են դրել», - մանրամասնեցին բնակիչները:
Նրանք նաև պատմեցին, որ հիմա արգելում են իրենց երեխաներին և թոռներին օգտվել խաղահրապարակներից, քանի որ կասկածում են դրանց անվտանգությանը, մի բնակիչ անգամ շեշտեց, որ իր թոռան համար ավելի անվտանգ է համարում հենց իր կողմից տեղադրված կարուսելը. «Բա էս ի՞նչ ա, պատկերցնո՞ւմ եք՝ 2 սմ-ի մեջ են դրել», –նշեց նա:
Բնակիչներից շատերը խնդրեցին պատկան մարմիններին փոխանցել, որ անկախ նրանից, թե կարուսելը ով է տեղադրում, պարտավոր են գոնե մի քանի ամիսը մեկ անվտանգությունը ստուգել, իսկ այդ ուղղությամբ երբեք ոչինչ չեն տեսել»,–գրում է թերթը։
