Ադրբեջանական խնձորի ոդիսականը

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ները մեկ շաբաթից ավել է՝ անդրադառնում են որոշ դավաճանների կողմից Հայաստան ներկրված ադրբեջանական խնձորի պատմությանը։ Թե ինչ վտանգներ է այն իր մեջ պարունակում, արդեն բավական գրվել և մեկնաբանվել է։ Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական խնձորի ներկրմանը՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց, որ այն մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով է ներկվել։ Այսինքն՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն արդեն տեղյակ է, թե որ մաքսակետից է այն ներկրվել Հայաստան, եթե ԱԱԾ-ն արդեն այդպիսի որակավորումներ է տալիս, այսինքն՝ դա կոնտրաբանդա է։ ՀՀ-ն ունի 5 ցամաքային մաքսակետեր՝ Բագրատաշեն, Գոգավան, Բավրա, Մեղրի, Այրում և 2 օդային՝ «Շիրակ» և «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայաններ։ Օդանավակայաններով հաստատ չէին ներկրի։ Մնում են ցամաքայինները։ Այստեղից դուրս ենք հանում Այրումի մաքսակետը, քանի որ ռուսների կողմից վերահսկվող երկաթուղով մեր տեղացի դավաճաններն այդպիսի բեռներ չէին ներկրի։ Մնում են ցամաքայինները։ Ես համոզված եմ, որ այդ խնձորը ներկրվել է Վրաստանի տարածքով։ Ու հիմա ԱԱԾ-ն լավ կլինի բացահայտի, թե կոնկրետ որ մաքսակետով է այդ ապրանքը ներկրվել Հայաստան։ Այդ ժամանակ ամեն ինչ կբացահայտվի։ Մաքսատան ոչ մի ղեկավար այդպիսի հանցագործություններն իրենց վրա չեն վերցնի և մեծ հաճույքով կբացահայտեն այն «հերոսին» կամ «հերոսներին», ով կամ ովքեր հովանավորում են մեզ թշնամի համարողին։ Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչով է զբաղված ՊԵԿ-ի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի և կրկնակի մաքսային հսկողության վարչությունը, որը և պետք է պայքարի այսպիսի ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ՀԱՆՑԱԳՈՐԾՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ դեմ։
Որոշ տկարամիտներ էլ բարբաջում են, որ ՀՀ-ում օրենք չկա, որով արգելվում է Ադրբեջանից ապրանքներ ներկրել։ Սույն զազրախոսները չգիտեն, որ կան բարոյական օրենքներ, և շատ դեպքերում մենք առաջնորդվում ենք հենց այդ նույն բարոյական օրենքներով։ Իսկ այդ բարոյական օրենքներից ելնելով՝ կարելի է ասել, որ այն երկրից, որն ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ հարձակվեց Արցախի վրա և դարձավ 100-ից ավել հայ զինծառայողների մահվան պատճառ, որը հայերին սպանողներին հռչակում է ազգային հերոս, որը հայությանը համարում է Ադրբեջանի թշնամի, Ադրբեջանի հետ առևտուր անողները ստահակ դավաճաններ են։
Հ.Գ. Այսօր ազերիներից խնձոր գնողը վաղը ազերիներին կվաճառի մեր Հայրենիքը։
Ի դեպ՝ ԱԱԾ-ից «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին հաղորդել են, որ ստուգողական գործողությունների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ստացվել ներկրում իրականացրած հնարավոր անձանց շրջանակի, ինչպես նաև ներկրման եղանակի վերաբերյալ, որը, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, եղել է անօրինական։ Հասկանալի է, որ այն պետք է լիներ անօրինական։ Ծիծաղելի կլիներ, եթե օրինական եղանակով որևէ մեկը ադրբեջանական խնձոր ներկրեր Հայաստան։ Ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ՝ ասեին, որ ամեն ինչ անում են, որ թաքցնեն այս գործարքի հետևում կանգնած «շնաձկներին» և հասարակության պահանջը բավարարելու համար պատժեն մի քանի «կիլկիների»։
Այդպիսով և՛ ոչխարները ողջ կմնան, և՛ գայլերը՝ կուշտ։
