Փաստաբանների միջադեպի հետ կապված քրեական գործն ընդունվել է Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթ

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ Փաստաբանական դպրոցի տնօրեն Սիմոն Բաբայանի և նրա երկու գործընկերներ Արսեն Հարությունյանի, Վրեժ Խաչիկյանի հաղորդումների հիման վրա Ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվ ության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Ոստիկանությունում 2017թ. ապրիլի 27-ին «Սուրբ գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգեր են ստացվել առ այն, որ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության են դիմել Սիմոն Բաբայանը, Արսեն Հարությունյանը և Վրեժ Խաչիկյանը: Վերջիններս հաղորդումներ են ներկայացրել, որ մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել են նույն օրը՝ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի աշխատասենյակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Կենտրոնական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով և ուղարկվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Քննիչը վարույթ է ընդունել քրեական գործը, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական միջոցառումներ՝ միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»,- նշված է ՔԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ:
