Երիկամների հիվանդությունները «լուռ մարդասպաններ» են, որովհետև աստիճանաբար են զարգանում և երկար ժամանակ աննկատ են մնում:
Այդ օրգանի հիվանդությունների պատճառը տարածված սովորություններն են լինում:
1. Գերսառեցում
Ցուրտ պայմաններում երկար ժամանակ մնալու հետևանքով հաճախ երիկամների հետ կապված խնդիրներ են առաջանում: Ցուրտ եղանակին բարակ հագուստը, սառը մակերևույթին նստելը, թաց ոտքերը կարող են բորբոքում առաջացնել: Իսկ դա մեծ ռիսկ է առողջության համար:
2. Մրսածություն
Երբեմն մենք անտեսում ենք մրսածությունը և լիարժեք չենք բուժվում: Մեզ թվում է, թե մի քանի հաբը և բուժիչ թեյն օրգանիզմը նորմալ վիճակի կբերեն: Բայց մրսածությունը ոտքի վրա հաղթահարելը մեծ սխալ է: Հիվանդության ընթացքում ոչ լավ խնամքն ազդում է երիկամների աշխատանքի վրա:

Երիկամների հիվանդության նշան կարող են լինել կոշտացած մաշկը և կրունկների ճաքերը: Ժամանակին բուժիր անգինան, կարիեսը, հայմորիտը, դրանք կարող են վնասել երիկամները: Ավելորդ քաշը և փորկապությունը նույնպես վնասակար ազդեցություն են ունենում:
5. Չափից շատ ուտել
Երիկամները դառնում են մեր ստամոքսի քմահաճույքների գերին, և դա բացասաբար է ազդում դրանց վիճակի վրա: Կարևոր է ոչ միայն վերահսկել օգտագործվող սննդի քանակը, այլև հետևել, թե ինչ ես ուտում:
6. Բարձր ճնշում
