Բերանից տհաճ հոտի առկայությունը ոչ միայն վատ հիգիենայի արդյունք է, այլ մի խումբ հիվանդությունների նշան։ Marketium.ru-ն գրում է, որ հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել մարմնի հոտերին, քանի որ դրանք կարող են անհանգստացնող նշան լինել։

1. Տհաճ հոտ բերանից։ Մրգային կամ քաղցր հոտը կարող է դիաբետիկկետոացիդոզի նշան լինել։ Դա կապված է ածխաջրերի մշակման խանգարման հետ, որն առաջանում է ինսուլինի անբավարար քանակի հետևանքով։ Այս դեպքում կարող են արտահայտվել նաև այնպիսի նշաններ, ինչպիսիք են անհագ ծարավը, առատ միզարձակությունը, թուլությունը, ցավերը որովայնում։

«Ձկան» հոտ։ Սա կարող է երիկամների քրոնիկ հիվանդության հետևանք լինել։ Կարող են ամիսներ անցնել, մինչև կիմանաք ախտորոշումը։ Այս խնդիրը կարող է արտահայտվել նաև այլ նշաններով, ինչպիսիք են ախորժակի կորուստը, հոգնածությունը, գլխացավը, մաշկի չորությունը, սրտխառնոցը, քաշի կորուստը։

Մշտական տհաճ հոտ։ Սա կարող է լնդերի բորբոքման արդյունք լինել։ Վատ հիգիենայի արդյունքում ատամնափառն ու սննդի մնացորդները բակտերիաներին թույլ են տալիս երկար ժամանակ ազդել լնդերի վրա։ Այս խնդրի մասին կարող են վկայել նաև լնդերի ծայրերի այտուցները, դրանց կարմրածությունը, արյունահոսությունը, ցավն ատամները մաքրելու ընթացքում։

2. Քրտինքի հոտ։ Ձկան, ձվի, աղբի կամ մեզի հոտի առկայությունը կարող է գենետիկ հիվանդության արդյունք լինել։ Այս խնդիրը հանգեցնում է նրան, որ մարդիկ սկսում են տառապել դեպրեսիայով, մեկուսացնել իրենց, քանի որ անհարմարություն են զգում, որն առաջանում է այս հոտի հետևանքով։

3. Մեզի հոտ։ Ամոնիակի սուր հոտ։ Սա առաջանում է ջրազրկման կամ միզապարկի բակտերիալ հիվանդությունների դեպքում։ Ջրազրկման մասին կարող են վկայել նաև թուլությունը, գլխացավը, գլխապտույտը, սրտխփոցը, բերանի չորությունը։ Միազապարկի բակտերիալ հիվանդությունների դեպքում կարող են արտահայտվել այնպիսի նշաններ, ինչպես՝ տհաճությունը միզարձակման ընթացքում, հաճախակի միզարձակությունը, ցավը կամ ճնշումը մեջքի հատվածում, մեզի անբնական գույնը, հոգնածությունը։

4. Ոտքերի հոտ։ Պանրային հոտ։ Այս հոտն առաջանում է այն դեպքում, երբ ոտքերն անընդհատ քրտնում են՝ անկախ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանից։ Քրտինքը մեծացնում է բակտերիաների քանակը, որոնք էլ առաջացնում են այս հոտը։ Պատճառները կարող են տարբեր լինել՝ վատ հիգիենա, հին կոշիկներ, սթրես, հորմոնալ անհավասարակշռություն, հիպերհիդրոզ և նույնիսկ՝ սնկային ախտահարում։

Ռնգային լորձի հոտ։ Այս երևույթը կարող է հանդիպել սինուսիտով հիվանդության դեպքում։ Որպես կանոն՝ հոտն այնքան էլ սուր չէ։ Խնդրի առկայության մասին կարող են վկայել նաև գլխացավերը, քթանցքների փակ լինելը, տհաճ զգացողությունն այդ հատվածում։
