Պատրաստումը՝

Արմավի կանաչ տերևները ջրով լվացեք, չորացրեք:

Չորացրած տերևները փոշի դարձրեք, հավասարաչափ խառնեք նույնքան վազելինի:

Խառնուրդն օգտագործեք ամեն օր 15 րոպեով:

Հետո լվացեք ջրով:

Ազդեցությունը՝

Թեև մաշկի տիպերը տաբեր են լինում, սովորաբար 10-15 օր անընդմեջ օգտագործումից հետո կտեսենք, որ բծերը վերանում են: Չինական բժշկության համաձայն՝ արմավի տերևները պարունակում են ամինաթթուներ, վիտամիններ, ռուտինիում, տանին և այլն, կարող են արդունավետորեն պայքարել բակտերիաների դեմ և հակաբորբոքային ազդեցություն գործել, նաև խթանում են արյան շրջանառությունը, գեղեցկացնում են, վերացնում տարիքային բծերը:

Վազելինը կարողանում է պահել խոնավությունը: Նաև օգնում է լավացնել մաշկի վրա արմավի տերևների դրական ազդեցությունը:

Արմավի տերևների օգտակարությունը՝

  1. Սառեցնում են մարմինը և հագեցնում են ծարավը:
  2. Ամրացնում են իմունիտետը, կանխում են քաղցկեղը և համաճարակային հիվանդությունները:
  3. Նվազեցնում են լիպիդների մակարդական արյան մեջ, կանխում են ուղեղի զարկերակների կարծրացումը և սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունը:
  4. Փափկեցնում են արյունատար անոթները և մեծացնում են դրանց էլաստիկությունը, կարգավորում են արյան ճնշումը:
  5. Գործում են որպես միզամուղ թուլացուցիչ, հակաուռուցքային դեղամիջոց, օգնում են նիհարել:
  6. Հանգստացնում են նյարդերը, լավացնում են գեղեցկությունը և վերացնում են տարիքային բծերը:
