«Փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանին ոչ ուղղակիորեն 50 հազար դոլար են առաջարկել նախօրեին իրենց վրա կատարած հարձակման գործը «փակելու» համար: Այս մասին «Ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Աթանեսյանը:
«Դեպքից հետո շատ պատահական վայրում շատ «պատահական» անձի կողմից եղավ այդ առաջարկը, ինչը ես պատահականություն չեմ համարում: Ես առհասարակ պատահականություններին չեմ հավատում: Սակայն բոլոր այդ առաջարկներն ու գաղափարները հենց տեղում մերժվեցին: Դրանք ինձ համար անընդունելի են»,- ասաց Աթանեսյանը:
