Պուտինն անզո՞ր է

Ռուսաստանցի քաղաքագետ Մոդեստ Կոլերովը 1in.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ «Ռուսաստանի կառավարության որոշումը՝ Ադրբեջանին զենքի մատակարարումները շարունակելու մասին, իրականում հակասում է նախագահ Պուտինի դիրքորոշմանը, որը ժամանակին ասել էր, թե հակամարտության գոտի զենք մատակարարելը «անբարոյականություն է»:
«Այն իրականացվում է 2007թ. ստորագրված հին համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում, որի մասին Մեդվեդևը և Ռոգոզինը նախորդ տարի պաշտոնապես հայտարարեցին, թե այն շարունակելու է կատարվել, և համաձայնագիրը փաստորեն իրականացվում է», ասել է Կոլերովը, ավելացնելով, որ հակասություններ կան Պուտինի ու կառավարության, այսինքն՝ Մեդվեդեւի միջեւ:
Հնարավոր է՝ իսկապես Պուտինի ու Մեդվեդեւի միջեւ կան հակասություններ: Օրինակ, Մեդվեդեւին «արխային» ծաղրում են թե КВН-ում, թե Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանի Քոմեդի Քլաբում: Չի բացառվում, որ Մեդվեդեւի սեփականության բացահայտումները նույնպես Կրեմլի գործն էին, հաշվի առնելով Նավալնիի «գերատեսչական նախապատվությունները»:
Սակայն արժե ուշադրություն դարձնել մեկ այլ հանգամանքի վրա: Նախկինում Ադրբեջանին սպառազինության մատակարարումները ռուս քաղաքագետներն ու նրանց հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղերը մեկնաբանում էին Ադրբեջանին վերահսկողության տակ պահելու Ռուսաստանի ձգտմամբ ու հավաստիացնում, որ այդ զենքը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ չի կիրառվելու:
Ապրիլյան պատերազմը սակայն հօդս ցնդեցրեց այս թեզերը, եւ հարկ էր մտածել նոր բան: Եվ ահա, ռուսական քաղաքագիտության հայաստանյան ուղղության առաջատարներից մեկը՝ Կոլերովը, հրապարակ է բերում նոր թեզ ռուսական իշխանության հակասությունների մասին: Սա իրականում նոր բան էլ չէ, ընդամենը՝ «բարի ցարի ու չար ֆեոդալների» ռուսական ավանդական տրամաբանությունը: Այլ բան երեւում է արդեն հնարավոր չէ մտածել:
