ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեն մասնակցել է Բրյուսելում կայացած կոնֆերանսին

Օրերս Բրյուսելում կայացել է Հաբիթաթ Ֆոր Հյումանիթի Ինթերնեյշնլ-USAID համատեղ կոնֆերանսը՝ «Շենքների էներգախնայողությունը Արևելյան Եվրոպայում» թեմայով, որին մասնակվել է նաև ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի աշխատակազմի բնակարանային ֆոնդի կառավարման և կոմունալ ենթակառուցվածքների վարչության պետ Տանյա Արզումանյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինո ւթյան պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Կոնֆերանսի ընթացքում, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի, Բոսնիայի, Հերցեգովինայում, Ուկրաինայի, Սլովակիայի, Մակեդոնիայի, Լատվիայի, Լիտվայի պատվիրակությունները, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի եվրոպական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի, Եվրամիության, Եվրոպական բանկի, Էներգետիկ Խարտիայի ներկայացուցիչները, քննարկվել են Արևելյան Եվրոպայում բազմաբնակարան շենքերում էներգետիկ քաղաքականությանը, Էներգետիկ աղքատության հաղթահարմանը, էներգաարդյունավետությունը վերաբերող հարցեր, ընդ որում, այս համատեքստում դիտարկվել են նաև Հայաստանի արդյունքները: Քննարկումների ընթացք ում կարևորվել են են Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Բալկանյան երկրներում իրականացված էներգաարդյունավետության այլ ծրագրեր, կառավարությունների գործադրած ջանքերը և վարած քաղաքականությունը՝ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Բալկանյան երկրներում:
ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչ Տ. Արզումանյանը կոնֆերանսի ընթացքում ելույթ ունենալով՝ ներկայացրել է բազմաբնակարան շենքերում էներգաարդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքները, դաշտի կարգավորմանն ուղղված օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները, իրականացված ծրագրերը, արդյունքներն ու խնդիրները, հետագա անելիքները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին մասնակից բոլոր երկրների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից կարևորվել է էներգետիկ աղքատության կրճատումը, այդ ուղղությամբ պետական մասնակցության (ֆինանսավորման, օրենսդրական, իրազեկման, վերահսկողական և այլ մեխանիզմների միջոցով) անհրաժեշտությունը, հնարավոր սեղմ ժամկետում լուծումների առաջարկումը:
